Nice sauna

At first it seemed a bit disappointing, but that was just a matter of getting used to it; it was a beautiful and good sauna that really didn't disappoint us. Definitely worth it.

Update 3. After a recent visit: the defects remain. Even worse. I wonder what your privacy policy is. I see photos of customers from the hall…. Surely this isn't allowed within the complex? You ask for my ID upon entry. Do you guarantee my privacy? What do you do with my data? If you are already so lax with a camera in the complex (and even promoting it too, because there are comments from you on it!) and no. The photos come from the nude section. How lax are you with my private data? After owner's reply: Sorry. You cannot distinguish rustic from worn and outdated. A manager contradicting his customers? So be it. But anyway. A detail; you asked for it. Worn faux leather upholstery on the headrests of the reclining chairs. (The faux leather is peeling off. The filling is already coming through) Broken levers to adjust the backrest Worn lacquer on the benches of the log cabin and salina. Nails sticking out of backrests in the salina and the log cabin. And no. Just feel between the gaps of the benches in the salina. Log cabin and the infusion sauna. There is more than just dust there. Cleaning doesn't just mean outside the door. Or the prips. But it is lacking throughout the entire complex. Including the changing rooms. Where the sinks are mostly clogged, and genital imprints are on the doors. Including on the glass door of the panorama sauna. (The “cleaning” staff look at it and laugh at it) Thermometers in the eclipse are broken. They work for up to 5 minutes. And then they freeze. It is due to the slope they are mounted on. You could have known that too. Others were broken as well. But those have already been removed in the meantime. (And not replaced) Headrests. The corners of some are already splintering from wear and tear. Don't say that isn't true. I tried to speak to staff walking around. Unfortunately, they spoke neither Dutch nor French. Only some holiday English. (The dining area and reception staff do speak Dutch and French.) So you ask me to email you about these defects? (Strange, several people have already mentioned this in the reviews. And yet… wouldn't you experience this yourselves?) But what are you going to do with this information? Just like scanning an ID card. What do you do with our private data? Is this indicated? Do you have a right to this? For all we know, you pass everything on to third parties - without our permission - So why bother emailing/giving an email address? If there is already no clarity regarding your privacy policy concerning scanning ID cards. And it's nice that you like to contradict your customers. That doesn't repair reputational damage. For your information: 3 months ago I left my contact details precisely to discuss this. You never contacted me. Despite your staff assuring me they would. Original review: Outdated complex. Many minor flaws in every sauna. Headrests Broken. Thermometers broken. Nails sticking out of benches. Floor really not clean!! Yes, in one spot near the hammam, it gets swept once an hour. Nowhere else. The shower areas are only cleaned once every 3 hours. Building very close together. No peace. No zen possible when there is a door to the next sauna every meter. Temperatures are incorrect. Usually too hot (they heat up without looking at a thermometer - if it even works). Smoking areas are not respected by staff. No mobile phone use either. So why the visitors? Update 3 Apparently, people can now take photos and videos in the thermal baths. A section. Where there are babies too. This says enough about principles and privacy. Parking is a minefield. And too small. It will take its toll on the shock absorbers there. Staff. Some are okay. Mostly just as a side job. Fingers in glasses when serving? No. Speak to them about it. And as a customer, you are the one to blame who noticed it. And the manager. He sat there and watched.
