Hotel Pansion Stari Grad

The hotel stay was fantastic! The room was spacious, clean, and nicely decorated. The location almost in the heart of the old town. The staff was some of the best I've ever had if not even the best. They made sure the second after I arrived that I felt welcome. I had great conversations with both the woman at the reception and the other receptionist named Amir. Amir especially, who I talked to for hours. Both gave me amazing recommendations on what to see and where to eat. And the breakfast was great, many options and everything fresh. This hotel is already worth visiting just because of the amazing staff. I will definitely stay here again when I come back! Negative: There was this heater way too close to the toilet. Could barely sit on the toilet, but overall that being the only "complaint", the stay was amazing.

I have just returned from a stay here. This is a wonderful place to stay right on the doorstep of the Bascarsija. The staff working on the front desk are welcoming and very friendly and they will help you if you need it. The room itself was clean and despite its proximity to the Bascarsija it’s very quiet. The room itself had a double bed, private bathroom with shower, TV, air con, wardrobe. Totally adequate for me. The only slight negative and being a solo traveller it didn’t affect me was the door on the bathroom wouldn’t close and would stay ajar but that apart it was a great stay and I will definitely stay again. Highly recommended.
