Amigo Bar

Have been to Amigo bar a handful of times (in the new year 😉) the new bartender Henrik is a breath of fresh air! What service and banter that has now prevailed in the place!! - I had lost a single earphone a few days ago and today I come in with very low expectations, but I come in anyway.. I am greeted by the dear Henrik who has two cold gold ladies and a lost earphone ready for me. I can't praise Amigo bar, Henrik, and the service enough. Thank you so much to Amigo!

Unfortunately a really bad experience. I visited the bar with some friends and was greeted by a bartender who seemed downright unpleasant when I asked what they had to offer, I got a straight up rude answer about that I had to find out for myself. Later in the evening I asked when they closed and got another negative sarcastic remark, “you can’t read a clock”. All in all an unprofessional and unpleasant service from the bartender, and not a place I will visit again.

Unfortunately, I can only give one star! First and foremost, because smoking is STILL allowed. Unbelievable but true. Even though we are writing in 2025, there are still a few places where smoking is allowed in these small pubs, including Amigo Bar. It is, to say the least, unbearable and of course extremely harmful to health, also for the employees. And unfortunately, the place is no longer the fun LGBT+ place it once was.

Cozy place with a different Christmas exhibition. But really nice
