Bella Grande Otel

We recently stayed at Bella Grande during one of the most special moments of our lives: our wedding in Copenhagen. We booked the suite for ourselves and also had our parents and families staying at the hotel, and honestly, the entire experience was absolutely unforgettable. From the very beginning, the service was impeccable. Every single member of the staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, attentive, and genuinely caring. There was not one part of our stay that we did not love. Everything was simply perfect. The team went above and beyond to accommodate every request we had throughout the whole process and truly made us and our families feel at home during such an emotional and important time for us. We are usually not someone who leaves reviews, but in this case it genuinely felt necessary because of the incredible experience they gave us. A huge thank you to everyone at Bella Grande for making our stay so memorable. We will always look back at these days with so much happiness and gratitude!! We will definitely be back in the future. Need to review the shower and toilet area. A bit untidy

The hotel staff are extremely nice it’s aesthetically pleasing and in a great location. however the experience is that of a budget hotel. There are no amenities in the room (slippers, robes, kettle, NO FRIDGE), no phone to call reception, house keeping barely clean, the rooms are extremely noisy. I would recommend someone to stop by and try the restaurant but not a great option for a stay in Copenhagen.

A huge disappointment. The hotel was generally untidy, far below the standard expected for this price range. The service was poor and the staff seemed indifferent. Breakfast was disappointing with a very limited and low-quality selection. Most concerning, however, was the level of cleanliness, which was simply unacceptable for a hotel at this price point. I would not recommend this hotel.

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The lift I used appeared to be too small for a wheelchair. Some rooms have steps to the door from the corridor and to the bathroom inside so make sure to ask if you need an accessible room. The prosciutto and cardamon rolls at breakfast were superb. I didn’t really enjoy much else at breakfast. I could hear everything in the adjoining room. I could not find a working light switch for the bed spotlights. There was a switch, but it did nothing. I had to turn the power off to make the lights go out, which meant I couldn’t charge my phone. The staff can store your luggage. Great location. Was very confused by two single duvets on the double bed. Bed was very comfortable.

Great hotel, rooms on the inside seem noisy but with the windows closed you can’t hear a thing. Great beds, a well equipped gym and a nice breakfast. The breakfast is not an intercontinental breakfast but I prefer one like this - fewer but qualitative options. Fresh bread, good yoghurt and many fruits, vegetables and spreads. (Filter)coffee is great too. Stayed there a few times now and for the money it’s one of the best hotels in Copenhagen.

Great stay when in Cph for a couple of days
