The hotel is not gay-specific but has a strong gay-friendly reputation and is the most practical choice for visitors who want to be within walking distance of all the key venues. Rooms are modest in size but characterful, with stone walls and original architectural details; those on upper floors have rooftop views across the old city. The location is genuinely unbeatable for the gay scene. Book well in advance for Pride weekend in June.
