Very rude treatment. As soon as they heard us speaking Mexican Spanish, the bartender took on a dismissive, almost disrespectful attitude. It was quite surprising, since Germans are usually very friendly

Awful place. Regardless of the smoke, and smallness of the venue. The owners are racist and they treat people, even LGBT+, with a rudeness that’s atypical in Berlin.

Sadly you cannot place 0 to a place that positions itself queer friendly but doesn’t allow people inside no matter how full they are. Horrible place for to relate on.

We were there during the Christmas season, and everyone was friendly. You have to take the owner as he is, depending on his level of intoxication. As a woman, I had absolutely no problem and stayed longer than planned.

Shocking, disrespectful, and absolutely unacceptable. I hesitated for a long time before writing this review, but what we experienced here cannot be ignored. I was there with a friend who is trans. What happened next was not only shocking but utterly shameful: He was verbally attacked, insulted, and deliberately ostracized by two guests and even the waitress. He was openly denied being part of the queer community, and derogatory, transphobic remarks were made. But that wasn't all: He was also physically assaulted, shoved, and ultimately forced out of the bar. The whole thing happened completely openly, without anyone intervening or attempting to de-escalate the situation. On the contrary, it seemed as if this behavior was being tolerated or at least deliberately ignored. A bar that calls itself a "gay bar" has a responsibility. It should be a safe place for everyone, without exception. For gay, lesbian, bisexual, and trans people alike. But here we experienced the complete opposite: exclusion, disrespect, and an environment where you can't feel safe. What's particularly appalling is that within a community that itself has experienced discrimination for decades, this very behavior is now being reproduced. Instead of learning from its own history, the same injustice is being perpetuated. This is not only disappointing but deeply contradictory and shameful. I have rarely experienced a place where basic respect and humanity were so sorely lacking. A bar where people are insulted, physically assaulted, and thrown out because of their identity has no place in an open and diverse city like Berlin. I strongly advise everyone against visiting or supporting this place.

Lovely 24 hour Smoking bar ,Next to the Alexanderplatz station ,U and S bahn ,and metro stops literally across the street .The clients we mostly an Older bunch ,but very friendly and chatty . I would highy reccommend this bar for the over 50 gay traveller .the toilets were clean and the bottles of beer were nicely chilled and pretty cheap by Dublin prices .Will visit again .The Staff are also excellent
