Volkspark Friedrichshain (Gay Cruising Area)

Volkspark Friedrichshain, Berlin's oldest public park, has a long-standing gay cruising tradition on its wooded eastern slopes, busiest after dark in the warmer months. Note that sections have periodically been fenced off or cleared for landscaping works in recent years, so activity shifts around — worth checking locally before relying on any one corner. As everywhere in Berlin the scene is relaxed and non-judgemental, but use standard nighttime caution in an unlit park.
