A family-friendly, uncomplicated hotel. Its location right next to the Zoo train station is ideal for sightseeing in Berlin. Instead of a large breakfast buffet, you can also get reasonably priced, generously filled rolls, etc., at reception/bar. This saves money and time for those who don't need much in the morning. The rooms are clean and functional. Great play facilities (soccer, basketball, etc.) are available in the courtyard. There are several vending machines with drinks and snacks. If you want to save money, you can also stock up at the supermarket (100m away, open until 11 pm). There's a rooftop bar where you can enjoy a drink from the vending machine or something you've brought with you (until 10 pm?). A few paid parking spaces are available in front of the hotel. You can park right next door in the Zoo parking garage for €25 per day (!).

A very good, reasonably priced hotel for its location! We stayed there twice in a short period and were very satisfied!

The quadruple room with a double bed and two twin beds overlooking Berlin is beautiful. It's affordable and in a very convenient location. The dinner buffet is awful, terrible, and lacks choice. Breakfast is better, but the dining room staff is still incredibly rude. The reception staff is also very obscure. There should be at least two working elevators, but when we were there, one wasn't working, making it difficult to get around the six floors. Another bad thing is that they're partnering with an unethical coffee brand.

Clean hotel, bright rooms. Water pressure was fine. The breakfast buffet wasn't anything special, but it was plentiful.

Good, centrally located hotel. The area around the train station is dirty. Great bar with pastries and Starbucks specialties. Good prices. It's a shame that you can't sit in the garden or on the roof terrace after 9 pm!

Stuff were friendly but the Air conditioner in the room was not working and no one was able to support as the technical guy is mot available.

A very solid hotel! Online check-in and check-out were very straightforward, and we received our key cards quickly at reception. The rooms were a bit small, but clean, and the shower was surprisingly large and comfortable. The mattresses are firm, which I liked, but it's a matter of personal preference. We didn't try the TV, but everything we needed for our room was there. Having good air conditioning in the room was very welcome in the Berlin heat. The breakfast buffet was decent, but the staff who served it deserve special mention! Incredibly friendly and humorous, they really brightened our morning. :) In the lobby, which also serves as the breakfast area in the mornings, there are some board games you can borrow for some entertainment. Although we were surrounded by construction sites and youth groups, we hardly noticed them, which made the whole experience very relaxing. Within minutes, I could reach my destination using various public transport options (U2, U9, S-Bahn, regional trains, and several bus lines). Overall, definitely a solid hotel that I'll keep in mind for future trips to Berlin!
