HOT Restaurant Café - Berlin

I'm not sure if there's been a change of ownership as several older reviews call it the "cloudeatery" but it now just seems to be HOTBAR. I was looking forward to a tasty burger based on all of the reviews but unfortunately I was quite disappointed: although the toppings were tasty and seemed fresh the pattie had a bit of an unpleasant texture. The toilets here were down quite a few stairs and were quite unpleasant, having to pass stacks of boxes to get to toilets with no soap or hand towels. That said, the price was very reasonable especially for the area and my friends who got pasta enjoyed their meal. Service was very friendly and prompt

The food was good, but I didn't enjoy the atmosphere and the service.

Based on online reviews, I was really looking forward to a great meal, but it felt like a total tourist trap. The hygiene standard was honestly appalling: the sofas were dirty, the waiter wiped our table down with his bare hands—no spray, no cloth—there was literally a spider inside the menu, and the restroom was filthy, complete with toilet paper rolls scattered on the floor of the bathroom. Unsurprisingly, that initial impression completely ruined my confidence in the kitchen. ​To top it off, the service was completely detached. Drinks were just tossed onto the table opened but with no glasses provided. While the food itself was okay, the whole experience lacked any heart. The staff couldn’t have cared less about customer satisfaction—it felt like being served by an indifferent robot. A really disappointing experience. I’m sharing this feedback in good faith, with the sincere hope that management takes it seriously and restores the establishment to the quality standards it once had.

The bowl was very uninspired and uninspired. The pizza was undercooked. The service was rather inattentive. The TV inside was very loud and annoying. Prices were okay. But definitely not recommended. Just a tourist trap without any heart.
