About this place HOT Restaurant Café - Berlin

HOT Restaurant Café in Berlin offers an inclusive and welcoming atmosphere for travellers. With a strong Google rating of 4.7/5 based on over 300 reviews, this eatery is noted for its affordable prices, with meals often around 15 euros. Visitors have found the meals to be generally fine, with some specifically mentioning pasta dishes, Asian bowls, and burgers as options, though experiences can vary. The cafe provides a cozy feel, though some guests have noted the seating can appear worn. While it's a welcoming spot for the LGBTQ+ community, it's not exclusively a gay venue. Some diners have reported long waits and found the food to be below average or inedible, particularly with dishes like spaghetti or pasta aglio olio. However, others strongly disagree with these negative experiences, suggesting that expectations should align with the price point. The restroom facilities have also been mentioned as needing improvement in terms of cleanliness and supplies.

No pizza. Pasta aglio olio with no garlic in it. Asian bowl - not terrible/ not great. Burger ok.

I don't know if it's the same place, as the decor is different. It has a cozy feel, but the armchairs looked worn and slightly dirty. The restroom, besides being far away, was very filthy, with no toilet paper or hand soap. I ordered a salmon bowl. The ingredients were poor quality, tasteless, and the rice, besides being scarce, was completely cold and hard. It seemed like old rice. The service was friendly, but the food was very bad. I do not recommend it.

We had to wait a very long time for the food, which was below average. I don't understand who gives them those stars, probably the staff and family.

Great little eatery if you're looking for something that isn't too expensive. The meals were fine, and I absolutely do not agree with the earlier bad reviews. It really just depends on what you expect for 15 euros per person. I recommend it!

Very very bad meal. Unhelpful staff. The spaghetti was inedible. There was so much spice in the sauce that it was inedible. Burger was very small. You don’t come here.
