Unfortunately, the delivery always takes too long for me. The goods were moldy.

We highly recommend the India Store. The order arrived on time. The goods were as described and expected. There was even a personal follow-up to clarify any questions. We were very satisfied! Thank you!

I ordered groceries online and paid online. The order status remained unchanged, and the goods never arrived. I initially reported a dispute and, since the retailer didn't respond, received a refund. Only after contacting the retailer was I told that one item was out of stock and that I could receive a different brand as a replacement. The order eventually arrived, and the items are fine. During a phone call with a store employee, I was promised a payment link for repaying the order, which seemed good. After hearing nothing for over a week, the payment link finally arrived, but it came with a threat of a payment reminder. In conclusion: The ordered items are all fine. Only the order processing was a bit bumpy.

It stands out well

Totally non responsive store. They haven’t responded me 2 times on whatsapp. Why they have whatsapp? Just to keep the messages on read? And why don’t they have a check that if the address is of Berlin, by default make it same day delivery instead of calling them or messaging them to which they don’t respond. Pathetic!
