I had a wonderful stay at the Quentin Design Hotel Berlin Schöneberg and can wholeheartedly recommend it. I would particularly like to commend the exceptionally friendly and professional service at check-in. Mr. Gabiro gave me a very warm welcome, was extremely helpful, and immediately made me feel at home. This kind of service makes all the difference and deserves special praise. The rooms are modern, tastefully decorated, and furnished with great attention to detail. You can tell that a pleasant atmosphere is a priority here. I was particularly impressed by the cleanliness throughout the entire hotel. Both the room and the public areas were absolutely spotless and impeccably maintained. The combination of friendly staff, stylish furnishings, and perfect cleanliness makes the Quentin Design Hotel an excellent choice for a stay in Berlin. Many thanks to the entire team – I will gladly return!
The hotel looks modern and is generally okay, but in my opinion, it doesn't offer good value for money. The bathroom had unpleasant odors, a splashing faucet, visible deposits, and some stained towels and bed linens. The bed was worn out and not very comfortable. Even in May, it was very stuffy on the top floor, and the air conditioning only helped a little. Breakfast was disappointing: basic quality, some ingredients weren't fresh, and the pre-baked rolls were very poor quality; there was no proper bread. Overall, not a bad hotel, but not convincing for the price.
I will never book this hotel again. The hotel is short on towels: if two of you are staying together, they will only provide one out of the standard four towels, claiming that they simply "don't have any more." It is noisy outside, and if you are assigned a room on the first floor, people walking by on the street will be able to look right into your windows. There is construction going on in the adjacent building, so getting a decent night's sleep is impossible.
Regarding the room size: I think my storage room is bigger...
A truly fantastic hotel in an unbeatable location. Everything was easily accessible on foot or by public transport. But what made the stay truly special was the staff: always friendly, helpful, and with a smile. You don't find such attentive service everywhere. Highly recommended!
