Pretty good. Premier Inn style format

Check-in took forever. We arrived an hour early, and although the room was ready, we weren't allowed in and had to wait. Exactly at 3:00 PM, an older gentleman gave us the key cards after another check-in process and explaining the hotel rules. That's definitely not what I'd call friendly. And the photos in the listing don't match our experience at all. We had a single room, even though we booked a double. The bed was positioned lengthwise against the wall, so our partner had to get up every time we wanted to get in. The TV didn't work, and even after the supposed repair, normal TV viewing still didn't work. The internet was very slow and the signal was weak. There was no coffee, but they did have tea!

Room was very nice but,, Heater did not get properly hot. Balcony door does not stay closed- so when it is cold the door stays open letting in cold air into the room with the cold heater. You can hear every little noise from the corridor and adjacent room and upstairs when the toilet is flushed or if they are showering. I didn’t complain about the cold heater but i am sure if i did that they would have do e something without any issues. I would come again.

Very disappointing! You book and pay for a double room, but are quietly given a "small double room" instead. And "small" is meant quite literally here; the rooms are truly tiny! The minuscule room was equipped with a tiny bathtub, which would be okay if you could still shower in it. But that wasn't possible either; the fixture was so old and dilapidated that the showerhead sprayed water all over the bathroom. Which isn't really difficult, because the bathroom, as you'll guess, is also very, very small! You have to pre-book room cleaning; a small sign in the elevator indicates this (I would have liked to know this when booking!!!), under the guise of "eco-friendly," instead of simply saying, "We save a lot of money this way." However, you don't really notice these savings in the price, which is absolutely unjustified for what's offered. The furniture is worn and no longer attractive. The cleanliness is an absolute disaster. Glass panels on the furniture are a good idea in principle, but you should actually lift them up to clean underneath. Otherwise, it looks like the photos! The only bright spot was the very friendly receptionist, but even he couldn't salvage the situation. All in all, never again!
