Update November 2024: This time I'm absolutely thrilled. During my visit, I received friendly service and excellent advice regarding latex thicknesses, as I was unsure about this aspect when placing my new order. The owner explained the advantages and disadvantages. It was supposed to be finished in January 2025, but after only two weeks, I received a call and my item was ready. Based on the experiences I've heard from friends, it's a true Christmas miracle! 🤣 The pants were exactly as I wanted them and the workmanship is impeccable. This visit was also pleasant and straightforward. Therefore, I'm happy to update my review from last year. Instead of two stars, now four. 👍 Thank you! 🙂 November 2023: Awesome styles and great quality – whether ordered online or purchased in-store. What's truly unacceptable, however, is the abysmal customer service from the owner, Alexander. While his employee on the phone was understanding of my disappointment over broken agreements and genuinely sorry (even though she couldn't be held responsible for her boss's behavior), Alexander was completely indifferent when I picked up the order at the store and couldn't comprehend my frustration at all. A simple "I understand. That didn't go well, and I'm sorry" would have sufficed. But on the contrary... I even had to endure him accusing me of giving off "negative vibes"... Is it any wonder, when: 1. I'm given a processing time of one week, and after two weeks, I still haven't received the promised call from the store? 2. Instead of picking up my pants at the agreed-upon tailoring location, the owner took them to the gear store, forcing me to go there myself. 3. The owner, Alexander, isn't in the store at the agreed-upon times, forcing me to leave empty-handed twice, and I only receive the pants on my third visit.

I ordered my first rubber suit there. I received excellent advice and felt very comfortable.

My husband and I were disappointed because the salesperson in the store had arranged an appointment for us at the studio. When we arrived for our appointment, we were greeted rather rudely by a woman who said, "We don't take appointments." Another woman took over, but it was so disappointing; unfortunately, this woman seemed to be short on time and kept looking at her watch. She couldn't really suggest or show me anything. We left extremely disappointed.

They tailored a jumpsuit for me in no time at all, and it fits like a glove. Brilliant workmanship, fantastic customer service on the phone, and equally fantastic advice in the shop. They really helped me with the fitting, the suit was lovingly packaged, they even gave me talcum powder as a bonus, and if they didn't have anything, they were happy to get it or make it themselves. Wonderful!

Bad start Ended well. 9 months wait * Ordered a custom-made hoodie in May 2023 * Rubaddiction delivered a size that didn't fit. * The staff are friendly and helpful. The owner takes over the case, which then stalls. I no longer receive replies to my emails. * A new employee joins the team – he is warm and friendly. He gets things done. The item is returned and I received my refund. * The downside, however, is that he is trying to get me to remove my Google review here. A far too long process – and it's unlikely I'll return as a customer.

Update: Don't buy here! It's the worst service and the worst quality money can buy. Their explanation was that it was so hot during production (in the summer) that the seams didn't hold properly. It's a joke that the manufacturer knows why something doesn't work but still sells it completely unusable, instead of fixing the problem with air conditioning. If you want to experience terrible customer service, this is the place for you. If you want good service, go somewhere else! I paid €1450 for a so-called "deluxe suit." In conclusion: good ideas, good fit, but terribly executed and abysmal handling of the problem. Sorry, but a failing grade—they just can't do it. Plenty of evidence!!

Is this place ever open? I came at 7 pm last night, they were closed, I visited it right now (thu 11:30), they are closed… 🤦🏻‍♂️
