I just went in for a look, wanting to buy a rubber vest and few other things and the guy with the star tattoo that works there showed me things that actually suited me and my style better. He didn’t try to upsell me something I didn’t want, he really just showed me things that suited me better and made me feel me. It was really a personal experience. I bought some things in the end that I probably wouldn’t have considered otherwise and I’m so so happy. The other staff were also really nice and friendly. I’ve been to some other shops in sberg and this is really the top. Will 100% be back again. Thank you

He took the time to answer all my questions, guiding me through the various products with genuine enthusiasm and expertise. It was evident that he is truly passionate about leather and wanted to ensure I found exactly what I was looking for. His attention to detail and willingness to help made the process enjoyable and easy. What impressed me even more was the support and friendliness of the entire team. They all contributed to a welcoming atmosphere that made my shopping experience nothing short of exceptional. What a boring shop! There are some really good leather shops in Schöneberg, but ROB on Motzstrasse isn't one of them! Plus, the salespeople seem bored and indifferent and can't even say hello... I miss the shop that was there before!

I bought my first pair of Rubber Chaos chaps from Rob for over €300! But I wish I hadn't! Folded seams came undone quickly, and the flimsy zippers didn't last long either. Then I wanted to have them repaired and would have paid for it; I didn't blame the shop! I took them to the shop for repair, and they sat there for three weeks. I was told they were being fixed in Amsterdam! Unfortunately, I was lied to, and the "manager" isn't really the manager. Four weeks later, he emailed me saying I could pick up the chaps, but they needed to be cleaned first! That's not a good sign, since I handed them in clean, and the staff accepted them clean as well! I then sent an email to the would-be manager, but haven't received a reply in over four weeks! In it, I mentioned that I was planning to buy new chaps and asked if there was a special offer for me, which the staff cautiously hinted at! I've also bought other products there, and occasionally before that! The staff were always friendly, but somehow they didn't have the freedom to actually help me! They don't even have access to the emails I sent! A customer who also made mistakes while handling the fashion items wanted good service and announced further purchases for which I would have immediately paid a good 500 euros, simply left without a response and with false stories to make me feel like everything was fine – completely out in the cold! This shop will certainly never see me or my friends again, and I'll spend my money where I receive good service. The first person I would fire immediately is the manager, who clearly doesn't care about regular customers but prefers to sell to tourists who then quickly leave! Regarding the rubber items, I would advise customers to examine the product carefully and not just buy it quickly like I did, and to ensure that you receive help if problems arise! And another thing – the shop sells rubber, and proper care is especially important, but they don't offer any! And then you get an unqualified answer that…

Alterations are done on-site, and if you wish, you can dress yourself from head to toe in leather and rubber. The quality is first-class, as is the craftsmanship. Those with a larger budget and a willingness to wait a little can also have custom requests fulfilled.
