About this place R&Co Apartments

R&Co Apartments has two apartments, both set up for gay men into leather, rubber, and SM. You'll find them at 19 Fuggerstraße, right in Berlin's leather core, so you can walk to the city's main leather shops and clubs. These aren't your typical hotel rooms. They're private spaces run by the Berlin outpost of Rob Amsterdam, a known name in European leather. Plus, they link directly to the R&Co leather shop nearby. Think of it as a home base that gets your scene, with the kind of facilities and vibe you're probably looking for. If you're in Berlin for the leather scene, or just want easy access to it while you're checking out the city's broader LGBTQ+ culture, this is a discreet, specialized place to stay. Fantastic and pleasant collaboration with the rental manager, Gina. 5 stars well deserved. Would gladly work with them again. Best regards

The beds are too small and offer little comfort. Overall, the service is lacking. Only Gina truly knows how to take care of guests professionally. The other staff are often unhelpful and seem unsure. The place clearly relies entirely on Gina, without her, it barely functions.

The viewing was professionally organized; however, the actual product does not match the presentation on the website at all. It appears significantly lower in quality than advertised. The discrepancy between marketing and reality is disappointing and, in my opinion, misleading

In my opinion, the accommodation is only partly suitable for long-term stays. The comfort of the beds could be significantly improved. The price-performance ratio also seems rather high compared to the standard offered. Additionally, investing in the cleanliness of the common areas would greatly enhance the overall impression — particularly the sofa and curtains, which would benefit from thorough cleaning. There is clear room for improvement
