A great place for a weekend getaway

The hotel is great. The staff and service are 10 stars.

This was our second stay at this hotel. And what can I say? Everything was absolutely perfect. From the cleanliness, which was truly superb, to the excellent service, the amenities, the location – simply everything is highly recommended. Everything you could possibly need is provided: a safe, iron, ironing board, hairdryer, toiletries, a walk-in shower, and the decor is lovely and detailed. The value for money is also very good. We even have a view of the Kaiser Wilhelm Memorial Church. There's an underground parking garage directly connected to the hotel for €30 per day/night. That's reasonable too. It's very centrally located, making everything easily accessible. Thank you! We will definitely be back and will gladly recommend you to others.

Great hotel, super friendly staff

We stayed three nights at the Dorint Kurfürstendamm Berlin. The room was spacious, very clean, and comfortable. The staff were always very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and delicious. We would gladly return.

I stayed at Dorint Hotel for 3 nights and, until my final evening, I actually had a very pleasant experience. The hotel itself is okay and the breakfast was superb — definitely one of the highlights of the stay. However, my experience at reception on the last night, Mon (25 May) evening around 21:45 completely changed my impression. The lady at the front desk was extremely moody and rude. I asked a simple question and she rolled her eyes at me immediately. There was no greeting, no “thank you,” and absolutely no basic courtesy. It’s disappointing because hospitality starts with how guests are treated, especially at reception. One staff member’s attitude can undo an otherwise positive stay. Management should seriously ensure that front desk staff have at least basic manners and professionalism. Sadly, because of this experience, I will never stay here again, I would recommend travelers consider the DoubleTree by Hilton just two streets away instead.
