About this place H10 Berlin Ku'damm

H10 Berlin Ku'damm The 175-room H10 Berlin Ku'damm is a Barcelona import, a hotel that keeps standards high without hiking prices. You'll find it on Joachimsthaler Straße, south of Kurfürstendamm's shops and a ten-minute walk from Schöneberg, the city's old gay neighborhood. They built the hotel into a former grammar school, which gives it a little more personality than your average chain. Schöneberg still has plenty of gay bars and cafés, so if that's your scene, this spot makes for a good launchpad. The hotel's also close to Kurfürstendamm, one of Berlin's main commercial drags for shopping and eating. The Kurfürstendamm U-Bahn station is just around the corner, making it easy to get anywhere in the city. The hotel has a restaurant serving Mediterranean and international dishes if you want to eat in. It's a smart, well-run hotel for anyone after comfort and good amenities at a decent price, especially if you want to be in a queer-friendly part of Berlin.

Clean and beautiful hotel, relatively large and renovated rooms. My second time here and I am really satisfied, excellent location

My expectations were extremely high due to the very good reviews, and they weren't quite met. Nevertheless, I'm giving it 5 stars. The hotel has clean rooms and includes initial amenities such as toothbrushes, combs, etc. I was bothered by the fact that the shower is in the bathtub, but that's a matter of personal preference. Others might appreciate a bathtub. There's also a small minibar and a safe. The mattresses weren't very comfortable. However, the furnishings are nice. The breakfast buffet is varied, with something for everyone. In the evenings, you can sip cocktails and enjoy light snacks at the bar. The hotel is also very centrally located. You can reach Kurfürstendamm and the Berlin Zoo in just a few minutes' walk. All the major subway stations, shopping opportunities, and numerous restaurants are also nearby. Despite being "right in the middle," it's a quiet location. The staff is extremely friendly. I can imagine booking here again if I'm ever in Berlin again.

A lovely and quiet hotel, ideally located near the U-Bahn and S-Bahn (Zoo station). Excellent breakfast, great beds, highly recommended.

The location is fantastic. You're right in the heart of things. I found the entrance with all the stairs and the closed glass doors, which you have to climb with your luggage and open yourself, a bit annoying. However, there is also a wheelchair-accessible elevator that you could use. Unfortunately, there was no complimentary water in the rooms. Coffee and tea were provided, but they weren't replenished during our stay. The floors in the rooms, bathroom, and shower were quite slippery. I don't know why. The bathroom had everything you need for daily use, though. The beds and mattresses weren't very stable and shifted every time you turned over. Despite an outside temperature of only 10 degrees Celsius, it was very warm and stuffy in the room without using the air conditioning. Unfortunately, the hotel didn't have an ice pack for treating an injury when we asked. Thanks to the central location, a pharmacy was within walking distance. Breakfast was good. We missed a few things, but we certainly didn't go hungry. For this price range, there are unfortunately a few too many minor things to criticize.
