H10 Berlin Ku'damm

It's a nice hotel but really bad service

Very central location, subway within walking distance in all directions, great cafes and restaurants. Despite this central location, the hotel room was very quiet and relaxing. We had a junior suite.

The hotel is located a very short distance from Ku'damm. The building itself is an old school very nicely modernized. A U-bahn station is right next to the hotel. Although it is so close in the buzzing center of the city, it is amazing quiet inside - both in the lobby and in the room. My room was in the 7th floor. The view was not very particular but anyway I got plenty of natural light coming through the big windows. I found the hotel clean. The breakfast was superb, plenty of choices. I stayed for one week and didn't get bored on the selections. The hotel features a spa, sauna and gym. The gym is quite basic, small and warm but you can get a sweat before going to sauna. I liked my stay very much and I would choose it again when I visit Berlin again.

We booked a 4-night stay in a deluxe room for two people with breakfast from May 19th to 23rd and were completely satisfied. On the day of departure, my mother left her handbag in the room, where, thankfully, a member of the housekeeping staff found it in time and took it to reception. We were then called on our way to the main train station, so we were able to pick up the bag in time. Many thanks for that! ❤️

Simply fantastic – superb service with attention to detail! A huge thank you to the team at the H10 Hotel Berlin! The breakfast was excellent, and the service in the restaurant was extremely friendly and attentive. The staff surprised us with a beautifully decorated table – a truly thoughtful touch. We felt completely at ease!

As always, an H10 hotel is top-notch. Very good location next to the metro and close to the shops.
