Pullman Berlin Schweizerhof

Unfortunately, my stay at the Pullman Berlin Schweizerhof was a huge disappointment. During my two-day stay, an extremely unpleasant incident occurred in the spa area. I was sitting in the sauna wearing a clean bikini and a towel when a staff member shouted at me loudly and inappropriately in front of other guests. Instead of politely reminding me of the clothing-optional zone, I was immediately told to leave the spa area. Feeling uneasy, I then approached another staff member. He simply pointed out the clothing-optional zone sign and also asked me to leave. I understand that house and spa rules must be followed. However, what I find unacceptable is the way I, as a paying guest, was treated. I had covered my bikini with a towel and assumed this wouldn't be a problem. A friendly and respectful reminder would have been perfectly sufficient to clear up the misunderstanding. Instead, I was publicly humiliated and embarrassed in front of other guests. For a stay in a five-star hotel with a room rate of over €180 per night, I expect not only high-quality amenities but, above all, respectful and professional service. This is particularly disappointing as I have previously had positive experiences at the Pullman in Cologne. The difference in service quality and hospitality is significant. Based on this experience, I unfortunately cannot recommend the Pullman Berlin Schweizerhof. Berlin offers numerous hotels where guests are treated with considerably more friendliness and appreciation.

I stayed here for a week and have only good things to say. The rooms were very clean, but unfortunately the air conditioning fan was much too loud. Someone took care of it, though, and then it was fine again. The highlight was definitely the spa with its fitness center and very clean pool. It's a 10-minute walk to Kurfürstendamm and a 15-minute bus ride to the Reichstag. Unfortunately, the bus was always overcrowded, no matter what time it was.

Great, nice large room, clean. The crew was always helpful and friendly. The restaurant's price-performance ratio was very good.

Mr. Mohammed was very friendly and arranged an upgrade. Everything was great. The spa and wellness area was also very, very nice.

🇫🇷. A truly superb stay! I came with my two daughters and we had a wonderful time from beginning to end. The decor is magnificent, the room was splendid, I had booked the junior suite and we loved it. The bed was huge, exactly as we wanted, and the staff had made the sofa bed, as requested. Two bathrooms, a full bathroom and a separate shower room: just perfect when traveling with children. The staff was impeccable, from reception to housekeeping. A big thank you to the gentleman on the floor for the spotless room 🫶👍 The room was spacious, clean, very comfortable… a real gem 🤩 The pool was a huge bonus for the children ⭐😁 And the breakfast: perfect! Plenty of choice, a superb setting, and once again, top-notch staff 👏 Even without speaking German or English, we were always helped with kindness and professionalism. The hotel is also very close to the zoo, which was the reason for our visit: ideal for walking there. We highly recommend it! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This felt like a two star hotel. No coffee machine in room just cheap sachets of instant. Very few channels, and none of the English ones, worked on TV - informed the front desk and they said this was normal for "that part of the hotel"! Swimming pool closed for a technical fault at height of heat wave and they didn't bother getting it repaired for three days. Bad joke of a business hotel - avoid.

The reception staff kindly answered my inquiries and handled my requests, and the staff at breakfast kindly guided me and promptly processed my request. I would also like to particularly thank a very kind staff member who suddenly appeared in the narrow hotel parking lot to help me, allowing my car to safely exit.
