25hours Hotel Bikini Berlin

What can I say? I travel a lot for business and regularly stay at 25hours Hotels. But the 25hours Hotel Bikini Berlin has been my favorite so far. Everything about it is just perfect: the service, the rooms, the cleanliness, and the hotel's unique atmosphere. I especially remember the very friendly waitress at NENI who served me in the evening. The cocktails at the bar were also excellent. My tip: book a room facing the Zoologischer Garten (Zoo). You can even leave the window open at night and still enjoy surprising peace and quiet—right in the heart of Berlin. I highly recommend it and it's definitely a hotel I'd love to return to.

It would have been nice to have received a friendly welcome upon arrival, instead of feeling like the lady was doing us a favor. It also would have been appreciated if we had been asked whether we would prefer to forgo room service and donate the money, instead of simply being informed of this without any prior notice or inquiry. We weren't informed that we could request room service. We only had to ask about it later due to a lack of toilet paper and an overflowing trash can. Despite requesting room service once, the glasses in the room weren't changed even once. This is quite disgusting for a three-night stay. Fresh glasses should be provided for an overnight stay costing over €200. The coffee, which we only learned about through online reviews, had a best-before date six months past. The minibar contained two alcoholic beverages (beers), a cola, and two bottles of water. It would be nice if healthier alternatives were available. Alcohol and cola as the only alternatives to water aren't exactly appealing. Overall, the room and its furnishings were no longer in pristine condition, and much of it was worn or dirty (for example, the shelves between and behind the beds). Only breakfast tea was available in the sauna; it would have been nice to have herbal or fruit teas as well. At breakfast, it would have been helpful to be informed at reception about the available drinks and omelet options. Furthermore, it would be desirable and in keeping with current standards to clearly label vegan and vegetarian dishes. The Monkey Bar was very dirty, and the service was incredibly slow; it seemed as if we were expected to be grateful just to be allowed to order anything at all. Overall, we were rather disappointed, and our experience unfortunately doesn't match our experiences at other 25hours hotels. We never received a reply to the feedback email the hotel sent us. This is simply a case of pure commercialism without any real interest.

This was my second time at the hotel and I recommend it. I stayed at the hotel last Tuesday until Friday, April 10th, 2026, the day I checked out, and I forgot my Canon Mac III G7 camera near the window. I realized what had happened in less than 2 hours, so I asked my friend to call to pick up the camera, and he informed me that it wasn't there. After a day or two, I finally received confirmation that they had found and kept the camera for me.
