About This Event
Aarhus Pride is the pride day for Denmark's second city. It has been held every year since 2012, is run by volunteers from the local LGBTQ+ community and is part-funded by the municipality.
Marchers gather at noon in Rådhusparken by the city hall and parade through the centre, including the old Latin Quarter. Afterwards there is music on the Pride stage at Musikhusparken, a picnic area, and events by local organisations. Everything is free.
The 2026 parade was on Saturday 30 May. The most recent count we could find is from 2017, when about 6,000 people walked the 3.5 km route. Organisers have officially announced Saturday 29 May 2027 for the next edition.
