Hotel Palace Berlin

A very nice hotel in a great location close to everything, very nice rooms with plenty of space in each room, very delicious breakfasts, great service - we will definitely come back, I recommend it to everyone who wants to stay in Berlin 👍😊🫶🙌

We had a perfect family city break at the hotel. We were also pleased that slippers and a bathrobe were provided for our daughter in the room. We've had to ask for these things at other hotels. The hotel and room were beautifully furnished and clean. We felt very comfortable and relaxed there. We're already looking forward to our next visit and will definitely come back.

This was my first time at this hotel with my son. I usually stay at Kempinski and Marriott hotels. Just before my arrival, I called ahead to ask about a children's bathrobe and a bathtub. The staff on the phone were friendly and confirmed my requests. The hotel is in a truly fantastic location, right in the heart of things. The friendliness in the lounge and spa area was also noteworthy. Everything was very clean, and the food, including breakfast, was simply excellent. The only minor drawback was that the staff sometimes didn't understand me perfectly, as their German wasn't always fluent. Otherwise, there's nothing to complain about. I will definitely be back.

Great hotel in a good location near the zoo. Breakfast couldn't be better. We had a very quiet junior suite facing the courtyard. Since we are in Berlin quite often, this certainly won't be our last visit.

Very basic spa area, which costs €15. Squeaky and rattling elevators; rooms are very noisy.

Great hotel! Rooms are big and clean. Staffs are really friendly. Near the zoo and a lot of shopping options. Main station is 6 minutes away on S-Bahn. Definitely recommended

Great hotel, 👍 we were very satisfied

I felt very comfortable; I lacked nothing. Check-in was a bit bumpy because my booking couldn't be found initially, but the friendly staff were able to sort it out after a while. I thoroughly enjoyed the comfort of the room, from the fantastic bed and the modern, well-equipped bathroom to the sophisticated technology in the room (lighting system, air conditioning controls). I also found the furnishings very appealing and comfortable. Breakfast was another highlight, starting with the very friendly service staff (thank you, Mr. Agca, for your pleasant manner; you and your team do an exceptional job!) and continuing with the extensive selection. The filter coffee was delicious, the bread selection was good, and there wasn't much else missing. I would have liked to see honey straight from the honeycomb... All in all, a highly recommended hotel in an attractive location. I recommend a room in the long wing; they seem to be a bit larger.

Great hotel overall! The rooms were beautiful, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help with any request. The breakfast was absolutely gorgeous. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again in the future.

Our stay at this hotel was simply perfect from beginning to end. We received an incredibly warm welcome upon check-in and immediately felt at home. Throughout our stay, the staff was exceptionally friendly, professional, and always eager to fulfill our every wish. The room was spotlessly clean, tastefully furnished, and offered the utmost comfort. We were particularly impressed by the high-quality beds, the modern amenities, and the thoughtful details that made our stay so enjoyable. Breakfast left nothing to be desired. The selection was varied, fresh, and of the highest quality. Everything was available, from regional specialties to international delicacies. The wellness and spa area was another highlight. The pool, sauna, and relaxation areas offered unparalleled relaxation. We would especially like to commend the exceptional hospitality of the entire team. Every member of staff was attentive, courteous, and contributed to our feeling completely at ease.
