The guys at Butcherei Lindinger are literally THE BEST. Their beautiful display windows brought me in, but it was the kindness of Joey, Pieter, and Mal that ultimately made the experience top notch. The fact that they were able to custom build my pieces over the five days I was in Berlin was a lucky miracle (since it usually takes 4-6 weeks) and I’m so thankful for their skilled craftsman Christoph who pulled it all together. I wish I could add a sixth big shining star to this review for Mal, the shop girl. Very professional and unbelievably sweet! She made really great suggestions and made us feel so warm and welcomed, like she was inviting us into her home 🥺 We can’t wait to come back!

Just had an excellent experience with a small complaint. I had bought two rubber pieces 5 months ago (a "jeans" and a *polo shirt") and while the shirt is perfect, the button of the trousers already has started to rust. When I indicated the problem to them, I immediately was offered a replacement of the button and the exceedingly friendly staff member explained that they have, in fact, changed the supplier for the buttons. The repair was done very swiftly. This is the icing on the cake for a great experience in every respect - the two rubber items are really well done and look great on me (not every piece of rubber does), are very practical and comfortable to wear. When I bought them, I got great and patient advice. I also like the design of their store - it's very distinct and rather stylish, with some clever details (e.g., the way they hang items) - it really stages the concept of a "butchery"!
