via Stay22About this place Tramp's
Tramp's is a gay bar in Berlin's Schöneberg that never closes. It's the place you go when everywhere else has shut its doors.
You'll find it at 6 Eisenacher Straße. The space used to be an Irish pub, but Tramp's, which opened in 2003, feels much older. Think tile-fragment walls and faint hints of murals, like you've stumbled into some ancient ruin. The whole thing is deliberately rough around the edges. It’s a local spot, not for tourists, and doesn’t pretend to be anything else.
The vibe is friendly, a little desperate, and somehow it works. Because it’s open 24/7, happy hour happens multiple times a day—afternoon, evening, night. There's a backroom and some sofa areas, all adding to the cave-like feel. Regulars love it. This is where you end up after hitting other bars, when you want something real, unpolished, and focused on local character, not trends.
Berlin's gay bar scene is known for being unpretentious, and Tramp's fits right in. If you're a night owl, or just looking for somewhere genuine when everything else has called it a night, this is your place.

It used to be great, now it's a dive for lovers of southern European music. Unfortunately, the night shift staff likes to rip you off. You end up paying for things you never ordered. The place isn't really clean either, and the games aren't exactly safe. The once-beautiful neighborhood has deteriorated, and places like Tramps are partly to blame. I also get the feeling that the staff there aren't just selling drinks.
We are a group of nine "old gay men" who regularly meet for a social gathering. We're not exactly spring chickens anymore, and we've been meeting every Sunday for many years. Since Pinocchio (our usual pub) is closed for renovations, we wanted to try Tramp's as a temporary solution. We're very disappointed because we can barely have a conversation. The music is too loud. They responded immediately to our request to turn it down, but after no more than ten minutes, they turned it up again. Since this has happened several times now, we don't feel like we're being treated as customers and will be avoiding Tramp's in the future.
Toilets are stinking, need cleaned, updated...try moping floor with some bleach to get rid of the stink
