via Stay22About this place The Coven
The Coven is a gay bar in Berlin Mitte, a relaxed spot for drinks, music, and conversation.
Thilo Reich, a Berlin architect, designed the place. It feels comfortable, but also has a bit of polish. You can get cocktails and other drinks, and the music is good. The staff are quick with a refill.
The bar sits close to the Berlin Dom, Museum Island, and Monbijou Park. So it's easy to stop in before or after you've been out sightseeing. And heads up: like a lot of bars in Germany, you can smoke inside.
Berlin's gay scene has always been open and varied, and The Coven fits right in. If you want a nice night out, or just a friendly place to decompress in one of Europe’s big LGBTQ+ cities, this is it.

The drinks were sooo good - we loved the basil smash! The music was also amazing and the staff were really friendly and welcoming to us, tourists! Really recommend this place, i wish we couldve stayed longer ❤️
Best cocktail, best staff! ❤️
Tiny place - no room for indoor seating except at the bar; I guess the other area is a dance floor for maybe 10 people - but I guess this is the space they are working with. Drinks are tasty but weak. Friendly staff and easy to find someone to talk to. No food allowed inside. Has bathrooms downstairs.
