I would like to recognize the exceptional professionalism of Ms. Sarah Krolik, Head Receptionist at POTS Restaurant. When I reached out to arrange a surprise dinner for a friend, Sarah exceeded every expectation. She was incredibly thoughtful, attentive, and genuinely invested in making the occasion feel as special as possible. Rather than simply accommodating my request, she took the initiative to suggest elegant ideas that elevated the entire experience. What impressed me most was her attention to the finer details. She thoughtfully sent me the champagne selection in advance so a bottle could be waiting at the table upon arrival, and she recommended different ways to create a memorable and personal atmosphere. Every suggestion reflected impeccable taste, care, and professionalism, making me feel that every aspect of the evening mattered. It is rare to come across someone who is so dedicated to creating an exceptional guest experience before guests have even walked through the door. Sarah’s warmth, grace, and meticulous attention to detail embody the very best of hospitality and left a lasting impression on me. My sincere thanks to Ms. Krolik for her outstanding support and kindness. POTS Restaurant is incredibly fortunate to have someone of her calibre welcoming its guests. Hospitality begins long before the first course is served, and Sarah is a wonderful role model of that.

We went to Pots again after a long time, this time for the Champagne Brunch Night Edition. It was truly fantastic! A super relaxed evening with lots of delicious treats like lobster, caviar, and seasonal dishes with asparagus and morels. And there was also wonderful piano music! We were already fans of the Champagne Brunch, but the Night Edition is even better. 🤩

Food was not good, I had breakfast, it was slow arriving and lacked flavor, also too chewy for a waffle. Coffee was just okay. Unexpected disappointment considering it's breakfast at the Ritz.

Exceptionally good food and, above all, extremely friendly service. We had the 5-course surprise menu. The taste was absolutely unbeatable. We will definitely be back.

A Michelin star worthy experience. Everything was perfect - the friendly and candid waiter, the St. Emillion served by the glass, and above all - the special Asparagus dinner! (It's asparagus season now in Germany, and POTS simply brought it to perfection).

A professional team, a great atmosphere and excellent culinary delights made our evening very special.

If you're looking for a balanced, tasty, and enjoyable dinner, this restaurant offers everything you need. Perfectly located in central Berlin, inside a luxurious hotel. The menu is varied and well-curated. The dishes never disappoint, and you can watch the chefs at work. The service is efficient and friendly.

POTS serves its guests a modern interpretation of German cuisine in a relaxed, albeit somewhat dated, atmosphere. Those with enough time can truly indulge themselves here. We spent a full four hours enjoying the four-course surprise menu. À la carte orders were clearly preferred. However, the fact that half the drinks weren't on the bill somewhat made up for it. 😉
