Landschaftspark Duisburg-Nord (Cruising)

Landschaftspark Duisburg-Nord, the vast reclaimed steelworks turned public park in Meiderich, is also a long-standing gay cruising area, documented on German gay guides for its evening activity outside the winter months. The wooded and industrial-ruin sections away from the lit main paths are the traditional cruising zones. The park itself is a public, freely accessible space, so ordinary rules apply: cruising is tolerated but not official, so be discreet, respect other park users, keep to consenting encounters and stay aware of your surroundings after dark. Activity is seasonal and concentrated in the warmer months.
