AIDS-Hilfe Leipzig e.V.

AIDS-Hilfe Leipzig e.V. is the local branch of Germany's long-established network of HIV/AIDS charities, based on Ossietzkystraße in the north-east of the city. It offers HIV and STI testing, prevention and safer-sex information, and confidential counselling and practical support for people living with HIV. The organisation works closely with Leipzig's queer community and takes part in Pride and awareness campaigns through the year. For travellers it's a reliable, non-judgemental health resource; for locals it's part of the everyday support network around sexual health and HIV in the city.
