Very hot in the hotel without air conditioning
Small room and bathroom. Room without air conditioning or refrigerator. Bathroom without ventilation and shower with low water pressure.
The location was perfect for me. Breakfast was okay. The requests I submitted as an IHG member were ignored. My room was opposite the fire door, which slammed very loudly. I barely slept, and in the evenings, the only option was to escape. The rooms were also very poorly soundproofed, so I could hear my neighbor using the bathroom.
Fair price and good breakfast. The room was fine. However the hotel states on Agoda that they have airconditioning available in all rooms. This is not true and the room was very hot. It really made sleeping difficult, and opening the windows was not really an option with all the traffic in front of the hotel. If you don’t have airconditioning, you shouldn’t list it as an facility on Agoda. When we raised this matter to the receptionist the next morning, she said we should have asked for a fan.
The most unfriendly and hostile reception ever. The woman clearly had absolutely no desire to work or show even the slightest interest in the guest. Unbelievable. Completely out of place. Apparently, there is no professionally trained and courteous staff left at all. Please avoid this establishment if at all possible. Furthermore, the location is loud and awful. Okay, it's close to the main train station. But that's about all it has going for it.
Nice rooms, breakfast absolutely fine. I feel comfortable there and the central location near the train station is extremely convenient.
