I have never been to the store - but I have been ordering from there for over 10 years and am very satisfied with the quality

I was there at 7:10 pm in front of the long store, and they were already closed. That's one hour before the official closing time. And there was no indication that they were closing early.

Everything was great, good value for money. Unfortunately, I had to return one item as it was too small for my needs 😉. Everything else I've ordered so far is of very good quality and workmanship.

…The service regarding complaints and returns is absolutely abysmal. Of the three items I ordered, two were defective after a short time, and one was already broken upon delivery! For almost two weeks, I've been corresponding with four employees—Hendrik, Stephan, Thorsten, and Siggi—only to receive truly outrageous questions and answers each time. They refer to terms and conditions that they themselves don't adhere to. How are you supposed to return an item that arrived unpackaged and sealed in a regular parcel, in its sealed packaging? And of course, you only discover after using the other item that it has a loose connection after only five or six uses! Especially since it's practically assault, as the defect rendered the device unusable and caused minor burns! But instead of quietly correcting the invoice and thus taking back the junk and issuing a refund, they just keep asking stupid questions. But they have to keep asking stupid questions instead of quietly correcting the invoice and thus taking back the junk and refunding it. ... This inspection can be carried out quite easily as follows – as a trained electrician, I used to inspect electrical equipment and systems daily according to DIN VDE standards – so I know what I'm talking about: Visual inspection – for visible damage Current measurement – ​​this also works in low-voltage systems The whole thing should then be classified as a warranty case… I've never experienced such blatant disregard anywhere else! So, hands off!!! 👎👎👎👎👎

Unfortunately, they don't respect customer preferences when it comes to shipping. The first time I selected UPS, they simply used DHL. When I inquired, I received an apology. I immediately ordered something new and selected UPS again. They again decided to use DHL. I deliberately choose a shipping partner, and it's simply ignored!

On my weekend trip, I finally treated myself to my new Mister B leather pants here. The shop is tiny, crammed from top to bottom with everything you could possibly want. The service and advice were adequate. I was able to try on the leather pants for quite a while. Why 5 stars? I paid €80 less for the same leather pants here than in other shops, and even saved a considerable amount compared to buying them online. Excellent value for money!!!

Warranty is an unknown concept in this business...

I ordered an e-stim device here that had two manufacturing defects or poorly finished areas. They responded very quickly to my complaint, which initially led me to believe they had good customer service. When I asked to exchange the device for a new one, they simply replied, "That wouldn't make sense since every device would be like that," and that I would get my money back. (How can they know that every device has this issue? Did they unpack and inspect every single one?!) When I again asked to simply exchange the device for a different, new one, they again replied that the only sensible thing to do was to get my money back. When I pressed them again about why they couldn't give me a new device and how they could possibly know that every device would have exactly these two manufacturing defects, they replied, "We already gave you that answer." When I asked again why an exchange wasn't possible, they said, "As I said, send the device back as described, and you'll get your money back." "Apparently, they didn't want to answer my question, and a normal conversation with customer service was impossible because they completely ignored my questions and statements and kept giving the same answers. Extremely poor customer service. One star for the fast shipping. The customer service, however, is unacceptable in my opinion. A defective device should always be replaced with a new one and not fobbed off with 'then you'll simply get your money back'."

WARNING!! They will scam you out of your money! Customer service refuses to help and blames you instead. I have now tried twice to return an item to them, having personally paid for shipping and provided them with all the package information, but they refuse to go to the post office and pick it up. I wrote the address exactly as they instructed and sent them copies of the post office delivery receipt. However, they insist that they don't have to pick up the item themselves and must have it delivered instead. This is poor business practice and terrible customer service, especially since I live abroad and can't do anything else to help. ALL buyers, ESPECIALLY international/non-local buyers, are warned.
