Sauna VIVA

€28 entry fee? For this tiny sauna? Never again! The man at the ticket counter was incredibly unfriendly and annoyed. It was practically empty on a Saturday evening.

Very small, clean sauna

I had no complaints during my first visit in mid-August. The receptionist was nice and explained everything to me. I was there on a Sunday, and it was very busy with people of all ages.

The staff are very friendly; you won't be bothered and can simply enjoy the sauna and have a pleasant conversation. If you are bothered, you can let them know and they will remove the person. For those who want more, there are private rooms available. It's not a brothel, despite some claims to the contrary. The sauna is 70°C, and while the steam room isn't steamy enough in my opinion, it offers plenty of fun features. Slippers and towels are provided free of charge.

Here I was really amazed by the arrogance of the two employees. From the entrance they slammed my towel and key as if they hadn't learned what politeness is, and especially for tourists who are passing by for the first time. The sauna is small, clean, with very cool customers 25😍-70😇 years old. The anal shower is mounted next to the normal showers and in sight, where you can't use it because you have no privacy. The prices are super OK, both at the entrance and at consumption 👍👍👍 I felt good only because of the young and diverse customers. In general, I don't recommend and don't allow myself to be treated with arrogance from the staff.

I think these themed days with bi couples should be abolished; this is a gay sauna and should remain one.

I was in Stuttgart for a week on business and thought I'd check out VIVA. I'm personally familiar with Pluto & Metropol (Essen) and Babylon (Cologne). Unfortunately, VIVA can't compete with them in terms of size. However, the visit was very pleasant and varied. The sauna area is beautifully and comfortably furnished, the staff is very friendly and, above all, humorous, and the other guests gave us a very warm welcome. It all felt very welcoming, which I really appreciated. The cruising area was clean and diverse, with a good selection of drinks and snacks, as well as hot food. The Finnish sauna was small but nice. The steam room was cozy. All in all, I had two wonderful days there (Wednesday and Thursday) and met some great people. I'm already looking forward to my next visit in February. Therefore, 5/5 stars. One small thing to be aware of beforehand: the sauna doesn't have a French toilet. So, for those who prefer to be passive, please flush beforehand.
