Arcigay Orlando Brescia

Arcigay "Orlando" Brescia is the local committee of Arcigay, Italy's national LGBTQ+ association, with its premises at Via Valerio Paitone 42, just north of the old centre. It is an association, not a bar: there is no regular public bar service, and activities run by programme. Its projects include La Fenice - Spazio T, a space for trans people, a support group for parents of LGBTI+ children, a lending library and archive, and talks and social evenings. It also takes part in Brescia Pride, which marches in early September. Check arcigaybrescia.it or @arcigaybrescia on Instagram for the current calendar before going. Google gives it 4.8 from about 40 reviews, mostly from young members who describe a friendly group in small, old rooms.
