This apartment is very well situated for access to all key sights of Cagliari. There are 4 bedrooms which are rented out separately, and one shared living room within the apartment. There is a small fridge in the bedroom which is very useful for storing food and drink. Our room had a small balcony overlooking an internal courtyard which was lovely for sitting outside with a snack and a glass of wine. There was also a Nespresso coffee machine in the room and another in the shared living room. Coffee, water, tea and juice were all complimentary, as were small prepackaged toast, cakes and waffles with jams, which was really nice. The room was a good size and the bed was comfortable.The room was made up daily with fresh towels and toiletries provided and the housekeeper was very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately our flight out was cancelled and we struggled to communicate effectively with the host. We tried messaging and e mail and eventually had to telephone from UK to Italy. We were asked to send photos of our passports on WhatsApp and that we would then be sent codes to access the building and apartment. This made us a little uncomfortable but felt we had to do as requested. The details were not sent by return and we were actually outside the building with no way to access. I messaged again and details were then sent. We also had some issues with the WiFi and the host messaged us telling us it should be working, but we still had issues. The only place we could access the WiFi was in the shared living space, not in our room. This meant all guests trying to access WiFi from the small shared area, sometimes at the same time, which led to the WiFi dropping out. The title Bakery in the name is misleading as although there are photos from when there was a bakery, this no longer exists. We enjoyed our stay in Cagliari very much and overall were happy with our accommodation, there were just a few things that could have made it even better. We would certainly consider booking here again as it was well positioned and very good value for money.

The room is nice but freezing. There's no one to help, there's a kettle but no cups or glasses, and there are no elevator keys, so it feels a bit unwelcoming and there's little attention to detail.

Lovely stay. Nice rooms, easy checkin process and good location on a very charming island/ city. Easy access to the town & also bus services or taxi to the beach.

Good rooms and vicinity

Unfortunately, the water dispenser in the lounge was broken and constantly emitted a irritating beeping sound. However, this was fixed as quickly as possible after we complained. The refrigerator in the room was also a bit noisy, but otherwise it was cozy. Great location. Excellent!

Wonderful, tastefully furnished rooms, new and spotlessly clean, excellent welcome with sweets in the common living room.

It deserves more than 5 stars! The property is welcoming and clean, with attention to every detail. The details reflect Valentina's passion for her work. Breakfast was a real treat every day, thanks to the kindness and professionalism of the staff. Excellent location close to the city center and just steps from the bus stop. Highly recommended!

Avoid at all costs. We were thrilled by the photos, but as soon as we booked, we received a WhatsApp message telling us to send photos of our ID cards via WhatsApp! Absolutely no security! Nothing was mentioned before booking, and there was no way to cancel. It's a self check-in, so there was no one to greet us; we had to manage on our own with the instructions sent by message. Upon arrival, we were supposed to find the elevator key in the mailbox, but there was no key. A friendly neighbor confirmed that it was the third person to carry their luggage up the stairs. We were quite disappointed when we got to the room: it has a small balcony, but that's about it. It's not very big, and the bathroom is okay, but there's little storage space. We won't be staying here again. There are plenty of larger B&Bs in Cagliari, in all styles, and cheaper, with hosts who offer a warm welcome!
