Blooms Botanical Rooms

In keeping with the inscription on the wall in our Brattea Blue room, "Earth laughs in Flowers," it should really read "Earth wakes up very early." But more on that later. To get into the house/room, you need a code, which you're supposed to receive by holding your previously deposited ID card in front of a camera next to the front door. That's the plan, anyway. Of course, it didn't work, and luckily, we were able to get the code by phone. You must have had some very bad experiences with house guests; there's a litany of prohibitions and instructions, such as that trash belongs in the bin. Now to the motto at the beginning: the only reason no one has mentioned this in their reviews so far is that the room above was unoccupied, our room housed hard-of-hearing guests, or it was occupied by guests who otherwise live in precarious circumstances, which is hard to imagine given the room rates they charge: You can hear every step, pull, push, and roll from upstairs, and you'd think they were moving house. And that was at 7 a.m. on a Sunday.

I can't comment on the rooms. However, I unfortunately had a bad experience with the service and therefore cannot recommend it.
