Nice and clean with good location, we stayed at 3 beds room, good space and nice bathroom ❤️

Really nice basic hotel, decent gym for central location. Decor and set up quite basic but nothing to complain about. Would stay there again on business. Easy walk to the key sits, good location to go out for a walk in the evening

Lovely hotel, really attractive, modern, clean. Beautiful rooms. Only downside is the room service is limited to the opening times of the restaurant and whatever they serve. The restaurant was okay but not great. We'd a deluxe room first floor at the front, it was very loud weekend nights but honestly it didnt go on for long outside and its a sign of a hopping area with great restaurants and bars around. The knocked one star off purely because of the room service/restaurant and the fact the bathroom had no light over the shower bath area, which is fine in daylight but not great at night. Some of the staff are so lovely, others give the impression they'd rather they weren't there...or more likely that we weren't. All in all, the location to the colosseum and restaurants is amazing. You can actually see the colosseum from the breakfast tereace, see photo. Less than 5 mins to the colosseum. Would definitely come back here.

We loved our stay here. Perfect location, super close to the colosseum, delicious restaurants and some of the best gelato I’ve ever had. The staff were super kind and family friendly. We travelled with our toddler and the stairs into the front could be seen as tricky by some people but the team always offered to help so it really wasn’t a problem for us. The room was spacious and clean and quiet. The roof bar, dinner and breakfast were all great. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience at Room Mate Mia! The rooms are quiet, spotlessly clean, and beautifully decorated. The breakfast is varied and excellent, but the real highlight is the atmosphere: you feel pampered from the first to the last minute. Excellent location for experiencing the authentic Rome. Highly recommended!

Exceptional

Great hotel near the Colosseum. Now renovated, very nice, great location

Two nights with my grandchildren. I'd never stayed near the Colosseum. Beautiful hotel, and everyone was very friendly.

An absolutely outrageous experience. My reservation was confirmed through Booking.com, and I traveled to the hotel... only to be told upon arrival that there were no rooms available. No planning whatsoever, no respect for the customer. The worst part: they asked me to cancel the reservation myself, which would have incurred fees, even though I was in no way responsible for the situation. This is unacceptable. You can't let a customer travel to the hotel only to then deny them access to their room and try to make them pay for the consequences of an error that wasn't theirs. Completely failing service, catastrophic management. I strongly advise against staying here.
