voco the Hague by IHG

I stayed in this hotel for 2 nights as IHG ambassador platinum elite I should be upgrade but unfortunately they didn’t upgrade, they claim it’s not available but online it is there, Parking is managed by third party Q parking, it’s miserable and always hanging up which make a lot of traffic

Very nice hotel with very friendly staff in a beautiful central location.

Wonderful hotel and excellent accommodations. The location is in the city center, only a couple minutes walk from the Binnenhof, Noordeinde, and other attractions. The Q-Park Noordeinde parking garage is immediately beneath the hotel, entrance off Heulstraat. The Red Line runs past the front of the hotel, and there's a stop just outside. Plenty of dining options in the area as well. Highly recommended.

I usuallv don't leave reviews, but I wanted to take the time to recommend this hotel. Overall, it is a beautiful hotel with a great location and very friendly staff. We enjoyed our stay and appreciated the service we received There were iust a some areas that could be improved. The air conditioning did not cool the room sufficiently. Since it was quite hot and our room faced the street, the sun was hitting our room directly for much of the day. I requested a fan, but the one provided was very small and more suitable for a desk than for cooling an entire room. The bathroom was generally clean; however, the toilet could have been cleaned more thoroughly,. Also, if you prefer sleeping in a completely dark room, I would recommend bringing a sleep mask. There were gaps along the edges of the curtains which allowed daylight into the room early in the morning. Despite these few issues, we had a pleasant stay and would still recommend this hotel for its excellent location, beautiful property, and friendly staff.

Our stay at voco The Hague was absolutely outstanding from beginning to end. The hotel perfectly combines elegant design with a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The rooms were stylish, comfortable, and impeccably clean, making it easy to relax after a day of exploring The Hague. The location is ideal—close to everything while still feeling peaceful. Breakfast was amazing! What truly made our stay exceptional was the incredible hospitality. A very special thank you to Giulia at reception, who welcomed us with genuine warmth, kindness, and professionalism from the moment we arrived. She went above and beyond to make us feel at home, and her positive energy and thoughtful service made a lasting impression. Team members like Giulia are the reason guests can’t wait to return. Thank you to everyone at voco The Hague for a wonderful experience. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting The Hague and are already looking forward to our next stay!
