Crowne Plaza Utrecht - Central Station by IHG

Located inside a shopping mall, but quite quiet, with comfortable pillows and bedding. The staff were excellent, and I highly recommend ordering breakfast – it's great value.

Fleur and the rest of the staff were wonderful during our entire stay, they really have a great team here. Very convenient location, good facilities - lots of space to work, gym is a little small but well equipped.

I had a fantastic stay at Crowne Plaza Utrecht. The hotel feels modern and upscale, and everything was clean, well maintained, and thoughtfully designed. The room was comfortable and had all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. The only downside is that the rooms are a little on the smaller side, but they still feel luxurious and make great use of the space, so it never really bothered me. I really appreciated how calm and uncrowded the hotel felt. Unlike some other nearby hotels that are often filled with large tour groups and sports teams, Crowne Plaza had a much quieter atmosphere. I was even able to check in around 10:00 a.m. without any issues because the hotel didn't seem to be operating at full capacity. If you're deciding between this and a cheaper option like the Holiday Inn Express, I genuinely think it's worth spending an extra €30 to €70 if your budget allows. The quieter environment made a huge difference to my overall experience, and it felt much more relaxing from check-in to check-out. I would definitely stay here again.

Such a lovely, updated and clean hotel! I really enjoyed my stay here and had wonderful rest. The location is a bit strange - located inside a shopping mall - but we got used to it quickly. It ended up being quite convenient; you can easily step out to sightsee/shop in Utrecht proper, or make a day trip to neighboring towns since the train station is also quite close by. No issue with noise from either the shopping mall, train station or neighboring rooms. Bedding was quite comfortable (though pillows were a bit flat for my taste). Extremely clean. Love the showers! The gym has a squat rack, which most hotels don't have. Service was excellent - we found all the staff to be lovely, polite and helpful. AC was great! The shopping mall itself felt like a greenhouse during the heatwave, but no issue with the hotel itself. Would 1000% return for my next trip to Utrecht!

This hotel is the best located of all!!! We were able to enjoy the city superbly. Everything was within walking distance.

We genuinely enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The room itself was spacious and featured a truly excellent shower system. The breakfast was incredibly impressive, with a wide variety of freshly cut fruits and particularly delicious bread. But what really made the experience special was the exceptional friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. In my opinion, this hotel ranks among the very best we've ever stayed at.

This hotel is right next to the train station. Very convenient if travel by train. Within walking distance to most attractions. Very comfortable bed, clean room. Great stay.
