Rooms were good and clean. They have virtual reception but they are very responsive and provided timely service. Breakfast option is also available. The lady was very sweet to provide us with some cutlery for our externally-ordered food. Definitely recommend the place!

I will highly recommend this place because of the polite , friendly and super helpful staff . I booked a room with breakfast. Rooms are quite normal as in any other hotel or accommodation but options for breakfast are quite good .They never charge you for coffee which you can have anytime .This place is quite near to City Center .Cost of Booking a Taxi till city Center was 12-14 Polish Zloty which is equivalent to 3-4 Euros which is quite cheap . So once again this accommodation is highly recommended because of the staff who are super friendly and nice .

I stay often in hotels in Nadodrze for work and I think I didn't find one which offers a better value for money. The rooms are small indeed but rather in minimalistic than claustrophobic manner. They are clean and eco-friendly. Staff in the hotel is extremely nice and helpful. I am not sure when they made the change from breakfast of your choice to continental breakfast but it is really AMAZING now. In high-season you might get an uncleaned room or some other problem may happen. However, I think that 80% of bad reviews wouldn't be here if guests would take time to do their homework. Most of information is available if you book online, like the size of room, amenities and facilities. It's unreasonable to expect a 4* quality in a 2* hotel.

I can't say anything bad about this. There is nothing bad to say. You would have to be REALLY picky to criticise anything here. I've seen reviews saying the beds weren't good, the bathroom taps annoying, the key card confusing, ... None of this is really important ESPECIALLY when you have the GREAT breakfast in the morning! Normally I wouldn't choose a hotel breakfast as they are variable, but THIS one changed my mind and I WILL look for breakfasts in future. Location not far out of town. Unfortunately the bridge which is the most convenient one was out of order for maintenance, so the route to the hotel was extended a little. But it's an easy enough walk.

The location is great.There was a problem with the room but after talking to the reception, it was resolved. In general, it was ok. There is at the moment issue with the internet connection. It just works at the reception area. The staffs are really polite.(specially the reception girls) the breakfast is also good. Another issue could be the lift. There is no lift .
