The location is great, there's a wide selection at breakfast; delicious lemonades and smoothies; the family room has working air conditioning in one room and not in the other; it's a pity that access to the pool for children is limited to 9 a.m.-5 p.m.; lockers at the pool are locked with padlocks and are subject to a fee; there's no lifeguard at the pool in the morning from 9 a.m.; poor; otherwise, the staff is nice and smiling, and delicious cookies are served upon check-in. Overall, I rate my stay as a positive;

It’s beautiful and the breakfast was so nice the servers was good I recommended although I asked for an umbrella for two minutes it was urgent I told the reception and he pulls out a full document to fill which was unnecessary .

The building itself is modern. The entrance is rather poorly marked. For a 5-star hotel, I consider it to meet the requirements of a 4-star hotel. It's impossible to book a room at the reception. After dialing the phone number, a bot with a terrible accent activates, and you can't find anything. The rooms are clean and comfortable. On the plus side, we were offered the use of an executive room with snacks and drinks – a great idea. We also received a voucher for a welcome drink at the hotel bar. Breakfast was very tasty with a wide selection. The hotel's location is also a plus. On the downside, the additional cost of parking at PLN 110 per day doesn't make a good impression.

An absolutely terrible experience. On arrival, there were no parking spaces in the garage. Due to a system error, I was given a room with a different bed configuration than I had originally booked. The room I received was also filthy – cobwebs on the windows, stains on the curtains. A broken, loose toilet seat was a complete disgrace. Okay, I got free breakfast in exchange for a different room standard. The room was also easily upgraded. However, in a hotel in the Hilton portfolio and calling itself a five-star hotel, such situations should not occur at all. Another disappointment is the restaurant staff, who, 15 minutes before breakfast ends, rushed between tables, reminding guests that breakfast was almost over and they should be done with the buffet. The front desk staff on checkout didn't even bother asking about their experience, which is a shame because, as you can see, I would have a lot to say. I don't recommend it, I won't be returning, and I recommend avoiding it because you might be sorely disappointed. It's a shame because the hotel has potential. The rooms are spacious, and the location in Wrocław is ideal. Unfortunately, everything else negates any positive impression from these two aspects.

I am staying at the Double tree now and the Air-con was not working and they gave me 2 table fans for managing Even being a Hilton Honors gold member doesn’t help even with free breakfast but lack of good quality sleep overnight due to air-con issue They were helpful at even at 2 am with 2 table fans after a late check in I need a faster resolution as I checked in on 1st aug and check-in out on 10th aug

Firstly, the hotel entrance is poorly marked. There's no baggage handler. The reception staff, especially the blonde one with glasses (and the supervisor was right next to her and didn't say a word), were rude. She said there was no baggage handler and that we had to carry our own luggage. This five-star hotel is lacking in many, many services. In room 271, the refrigerator wasn't working, and although we informed them, they replaced it. The air conditioner was hot, and although the maintenance employee tried to fix it, it remained the same, and they brought us a fan! The shower head was spraying water onto the wall, and I had to carry it myself, even though the employee tried to adjust it. The soundproofing is poor, and the rooms overlook a public street. There's no security at the hotel entrance or in the lobby, unlike what you'd expect from a five-star hotel. This hotel deserves more than one star.

Unfortunately, the hotel didn't meet my expectations. The service was top-notch. Helpful and cooperative. The hotel's location is excellent. It's close to everything, including sightseeing and shopping. The pool is clean. However, the lifeguard service leaves something to be desired. Instead of focusing on his work, he was focused on his phone. The rooms are clean, but the lack of opening windows is a bit excessive. You need a room with the air conditioning on constantly to get any fresh air. The bathroom is clean. Unfortunately, due to the lack of fresh air, the room and the hotel smelled unpleasant. Breakfast was generally tasty. However, what leaves something to be desired is that when a customer is seated, the waiters come and take the other person's plate. Some people ask if they can take it, but let's be honest, as soon as you eat, the waiter comes and takes the plate. The manager needs to work on this a bit, as it can be a bit of a nuisance for some. Overall, it's okay, but it doesn't really deserve 5 stars; in my opinion, it's only 3.5.

I enjoyed my stay fully. Location is so good - easily reachable from the airport, just 10 min away from beautiful old town and sights, facing a mall and by a small river. Breakfast is rich. It has a lovely terrace/interior garden. Swimming pool/sauna. Tried the SPA (massage) and enjoyed a nice dinner as well. Staff was very kind and helpful. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Thank you.
