Kindness, cleanliness, early check-in. The location was perfect for us, 2 minutes walk from the objective. It will be the number 1 option when we return.

New, clean and comfortable stay. Had to book this hotel last minute as our previous booking turned out to be false. This hotel could not have been a better choice. We received booking confirmation immediately along with all be assured details. The area is safe with shops and restaurants. Rooms are nicely decorated with all amenities. While it is further out to the centre, it is closer to the therme and airport which worked better for us. Would stay again.

Worth a visit!

Super cosy hotel suitable for travellers whose here for nomadic work and leisure travel. Got the studio room with a cosy table and chair that I can work during the day. Ngoc and team has been super helpful and incredible in their hospitality, ensuring I settle in very well. Look forward to the next stay!

The hotel is in an excellent location, well-connected to the metro. We found our experience pleasant and welcoming. The staff were very friendly, professional, and helpful. The room was always very clean and smelled fresh. To conclude, a very welcome gesture. We were out and about all day, and in the evening, when we returned to our room, we found a bag of toast, two pastries, and two bottles of water—a breakfast to take with us for the following day, since we were leaving the hotel at 5:00 a.m. It was a truly thoughtful touch.

Although on Booking claims to have a parking space, not even public parking wasn’t available nearby. We left the car on the sidewalk at the indication of the host. The room doesn’t have sockets in the bathroom to use a flatiron or curliron. There is no elevator and the stairs are very narrow so we had to carry our luggages on the stairs till 3rd floor. Except that, the room was very clean

I don't know why we didn't do more research. Everything looked fine in the pictures. It's completely run-down, with a super narrow stairwell. There's no elevator! And the whole hotel reeks of cooking oil! It's like walking through a fast-food joint! Disgusting, and really unpleasant. The reception is never staffed, no one to talk to on-site! I absolutely do not recommend this hotel. Regarding the response from the staff present: I didn't see anyone here. Cleanliness: The room wasn't cleaned; I could have made the blanket myself! The breakfast room is a bistro next door, so it looks like it belongs to the hotel, but it doesn't! And the smell of grease—just go in there in the evening… it stinks like a fast-food joint with old cooking oil! There are air fresheners everywhere, but they don't help, sorry.

We spent a long weekend in Bucharest and chose this hotel based on the good reviews and the reasonable price. The rooms are clean and appear to have been recently renovated. The mattress was new but very hard. Breakfast could be ordered to be served to the room at a specific time. There was no breakfast room. We had requested 8:30 a.m. and had to go and ask at 9:00 a.m. It was finally brought at 9:15 a.m. Five slices of dry, untoasted white bread for three people was quite amusing. Then we got half a cup of coffee each and two glasses of orange juice. After my husband went to pick up some orange juice and some milk for our 14-year-old daughter's coffee from the lady, we were finally able to have breakfast. We had to take turns, though, because the room only had a desk and a chair. We ended up having breakfast outside the hotel the next few days. It was a real shame.
