I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and can only give it the highest rating. The experience was extremely positive in every way, but what really made the difference was the staff. From the first moment, you're greeted with a sincere smile and a rare level of helpfulness. Each staff member stands out for their courtesy, professionalism, and customer service: always ready to help, provide helpful advice, and make guests feel truly important. It's clear how much they care about their work and the well-being of their guests. Another great strength is the hotel's strategic location, perfect for convenient transportation and access to the main attractions. The hotel is strategically located near the San Marino-Rimini shuttle. The staff was extremely friendly, especially Gaia, who provided me with all the information I needed. Breakfast: fruit, eggs, yogurt, cereal, cold cuts, biscuits, juice, coffee, etc. Overall, a positive experience.

Location is few kilometers away from the San Marino city center. No problem where to park a car nearby. It was a family trip with a child and a baby - the personnel was very friendly and helpfull to ensure our needs to the little one, what made our stay very convenient. Grazie mille!

We stayed a few days at the Dogana. We were welcomed by an exceptional young man who was admirable for his presentation of his sister's Hotel Dogana.
