My recent experiences with Pure spa have been consistently disappointing and far below the standard expected for the prices charged. On multiple occasions, I have struggled to get through by phone, as calls are literally never answered. At the cults location, I arrived for an appointment and was left waiting for around 10 minutes before anyone acknowledged me. The receptionist appeared unaware that I even had a booking and I was never informed that my appointment was running late. I have a Pure spa membership and had two of my booking cancelled due to scheduling changes. While I understand that occasional changes can happen, this is now the second consecutive time my appointment has been cancelled at very short notice. In addition, I purchased a gift voucher for a 60-minute spa experience at the Union Square branch. My boyfriend attended his appointment but was left waiting for around 35 minutes without any communication or update and ultimately left without receiving the service. My experience unfortunately, does not reflect the standard or value expected from a premium spa, and I do not feel the service is worth the prices charged

I had a very disappointing experience at PURE Spa & Beauty Union Square Aberdeen I had booked a Swedish massage for 7:50 p.m. and arrived 10 minutes early, as recommended. I was asked to take a seat in the waiting area, which I did. However, after waiting for 40 minutes with no communication or update from staff, I decided to go back to reception at 8:20 p.m. to cancel my appointment. When I spoke to the receptionist, I was told that I would have been seen “soon,” but by that point I had already been waiting far too long without any explanation. During those 40 minutes, no one checked in with me or gave any indication of the delay. Had I been informed, I could have used that time more productively instead of being left waiting with no clarity. This was my first experience with PURE Spa, and unfortunately, it left a very poor impression.

It was a great first experience with the Infra Red Sauna. And having the cold plunge in the same room was an absolute treat. I will definitely be going back for this experience

I love these people. I had a relaxed time today. Hot stones facial and sauna.

Lovely massage. My first time at pure spa. Very relaxing, it may help for them to Lowe the bed a bit as I am a bit short and had to shift and wriggle a bit to get on. Other than that it was lovely and she asked if I would like some water afterwards.

So disappointed, booked an expensive treatment as a gift, paid for it at the desk, when the person I bought the gift for arrived they had forgotten to actually book it in, despite having taken payment in advance. Not only this, the process of dealing with it was painful, they could see the payment but there was no senior members of staff working to rectify the mistake easily. Would not use again.

No one is answering the phone, chat, or email. As a wellness member I am very disappointed!

Love visiting for my pamper treatments!! Staff so welcoming & treatments excellent.
