room was on the 2 floor no air conditioning and could not open windows. it was like a soner in there it needs a fan putting in there

We recently stayed at the Craigmonie Hotel and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. The hotel has a lovely traditional Highland feel whilst still being comfortable, welcoming and full of character. It is not trying to be a flashy modern city hotel and that is exactly why we enjoyed it so much. It feels warm, relaxed and genuinely Scottish. The staff throughout the hotel were excellent, friendly, hardworking and always willing to help despite clearly being extremely busy at times. Hospitality is not an easy industry just now and the team deserve a lot of credit for the effort and professionalism they showed during our stay. Our room was spacious, spotless and very comfortable, with a really cosy atmosphere. The beds were great and the whole hotel had a calm, relaxed feel which made it easy to properly unwind. The food was also excellent, good quality, well presented and very tasty. Breakfast in particular was enjoyable and set us up perfectly for exploring Inverness and the Highlands. The location is ideal, peaceful enough to relax but still only a short walk into Inverness city centre. Having parking available was also a huge bonus. What stood out most for us was the overall atmosphere. Some hotels feel corporate and cold, whereas the Craigmonie feels personal and welcoming. You can tell the staff genuinely care about guests having a good stay. Would absolutely stay again and would happily recommend to anyone visiting Inverness looking for comfort, character and genuine Highland hospitality.

Noisy neighbours and walls are thin definitely in need of upgrading but Inverness is a tourist trap and you wouldn't pay in excess of £120 anywhere else and this ti be fair to them is one of the cheaper hotels

Comfortable bed and great service. Décor is a bit rough around the edges. The pool is a nice feature but could do with a bit of tlc. Only major pain point is the parking which is charged via a private company and has some preditory practices which resulted in us receiving a fine even after paying which has very much soured us on using this hotel in the future.

Good hotel with friendly staff and a great location!

Fantastic stay in this hotel .Rooms a bit run down but clean .David of hospitality and barman at night an asset to company .Very friendly helpfull and chatty .excellent views and situated in one of the best locations .Home today after 4 day stay can't wait to return .Good luck for future improvements

2 nights at the craigmonie hotel with my wife It was a very pleasant and quiet hotel we also made use of the pool Hotel was clean and rooms were ample for our stay, staff were very pleasant and helpful would definitely stay here again
