The staff were fantastic, the hotel was fabulous, we had a spectacular weekend, thank you for everything!!

The air conditioning is definitely due for replacement; it's clearly very old and makes a lot of noise at night. The pool attendant was constantly giving dirty looks and chatting with friends instead of being helpful, which is what I expected as a guest. Room cleanliness was 10/10.

I stayed from Sunday, June 22nd to Friday, June 27th, and I want to highlight the friendliness of the staff, from the receptionist Raquel, who was very nice and attentive, to the restaurant service on the terrace, with Jairo and Noemí, both very professional and always knowing in advance what I would drink each day (I always order the same thing). They were very attentive and friendly. The facilities are very good, the double room was very comfortable and, of course, had air conditioning. The pool was excellent, and Ana was also very helpful, providing me with an ashtray every day. Highly recommended, both for the facilities and the very pleasant staff.

What can I say? A very welcoming hotel, wonderful staff, lovely owners, and very clean rooms. I highly recommend it.
