We loved it!! The service is incredible, Serena took great care of us and made us feel right at home. The facilities are comfortable and offer a beautiful panoramic view.

Fantastic hotel in Ibiza! I'll be back. Perfect service, clean rooms. Rooftop, gym, parking… very well located. I highly recommend it for families or groups of friends; it's perfect.

When we arrived, the room was ready; we could check in immediately and enjoy the surroundings. You are right by the sea, which instantly gives you a holiday feeling. The hotel is very helpful in every way. The people at the reception desk are friendly. I borrowed a bicycle from the hotel so I could explore the area. The hotel looks neat and the rooms are spacious, as is the balcony. The only downside for me was that the bed was quite hard.

What an outstanding place to stay. I came for the weekend between Christmas and New Years with my son. I got the two bedroom apartment. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The room was beautiful and very clean. The cleaning staff were great at showing up when we went for breakfast to clean. The view is not beach front but the small bit of ocean you do see is still beautiful. Our favorite part was the warm tub on the room. The views from there were impeccable.

Sud Ibiza Suites is simply outstanding. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with a warm smile and a cool, minimalist design that instantly makes you feel like you’ve stepped into a luxury dream. The suites are immaculate — spacious, bright, and perfectly equipped with everything you could possibly need (and a few things you didn’t know you needed until you found them here). The view over the sea is breathtaking, especially at sunset — the kind of view that makes you forget about your phone for once. The rooftop jacuzzi is pure bliss, and the staff somehow manage to be both incredibly professional and genuinely kind — a rare combination. Location-wise, it couldn’t be better: close enough to the Old Town for a quick stroll, yet far enough to enjoy some peaceful, elegant quiet. Every little detail feels carefully thought out — from the spotless cleanliness to the fresh scent in the hallways. Honestly, I could go on, but here’s the problem: if I keep praising this place any more, I’ll never get a reservation again. So please, everyone, ignore this review — it’s terrible. You wouldn’t like it here at all. Promise. 😉
