Vista Bonita - Gay Only Tatil Köyü

I come to Maspalomas a lot. And I've stayed in a lot of places. This is one of the best places I've been. Let's start with the staff, they're just lovely. Really. I got an apartment with a spacious living room, kitchenette, a place to sit and eat, a beautiful patio facing the pool. And a bathroom. Upstairs, a bedroom, bathroom and shower. I arrived after reception closed, so I received an email with precise instructions on how to collect the key and get in. Everything went perfectly. Lovely place! A little far from the center and you need a car but it's not really a problem. Highly recommended.

We come here a lot for day passes and it's fantastic. There's a great atmosphere, very open and welcoming. The food and drinks are good too. The facilities are excellent, with a pool and a heated jacuzzi. But the best thing, without a doubt, is the staff. Ayoze and Edu are incredibly attentive; they're so lovely and make your day a truly wonderful experience. I go whenever I can. The cocktails are delicious.

Disappointing resort, the price is far too high for the service. No cleaning was done in a week. We had to ask for it. Dogs and cats roam freely around the complex. Special mention to the very pleasant bar staff. Otherwise, very disappointing. I don't recommend it at all. There are resorts ten times better and cheaper. Also, be warned ⚠️ the jacuzzi hygiene is poor, guess why!!!! No one bothered me about it, even though there are designated areas for that. Anyway, you'll see for yourselves.

We stayed at this establishment for a week! We do not recommend this place. The resort is far from everything; you constantly have to take taxis! Our accommodation was only cleaned once, and our towels were only changed once as well. The price we paid was not at all commensurate with the services provided. The breakfast price is excessively expensive at €15 (we had to refuse it). We also found it disturbing to see staff eating at the breakfast buffet… perhaps the guests first. The bar staff, however, were lovely. There was a lot of chaos at night in the resort with the cats!!! Quite a few things need to be addressed in this complex.

Wow! What a great stay at Vista Bonita. Rooms Lovely rooms with Smart TV, upstairs bedroom and 2 bathrooms. Facilities Great Suana with pararomic view. About 80°C I prefer 85-90°C but this is personal prefrence. Beautiful salt water pool. Nice bar area with food and drinks till late. Little gym ok for a stretch and some free weights. Massage available. The real stars are the staff not only gorgeous but supa caring. As I solo traveler they really made me feel looked after. Location for me was perfect. Near enough by short taxi ride to the beach or Yumbo night life about 5Euros. Sonnaland is a nice peaceful area with nice resturants near by and very handy mini supermarket next door. Vista Bonita is a great place to relax unwind and make some nice connections.

In former times this was a really good hotel. We booked rooms clean, with a writing desk, TV, heating system and a heated pool. Guess what everything we payed for doesn't exist. When we arrived we noticed that a cat booked the room before. To change only the sheets and towels is not exactly what we call cleaning. Kitty also slept on the sofa, bed and on the towels. So i went to the front desk to ask for cleaning. The cleaning staff sent the barman Eduardo to bring new sheets for the bed???? We should put it on. It was very excing for me to have an allergic attack in the night, so i couldn't sleep and still need to be medicated a week later. We stay here now the third time this year and the poolsystem didn't work even the last time. I went to the front receptionist R. and complained about the rotten room and the pool. "If you have any complains, write an email. I can do nothing for you", he replied. He is the receptionist, it is his job! So i wrote an email. The next day miss management, E., came by to speak to other customers who complained about the pool and the lack of cleaning. She talked to them, but not to us. Again i talked to R. to talk to the management the next day, but not to E., because also in former times she was rude to my partner. Is was written also in the email. Due to a lack of empathy, E. didn't respect our boundaries. She offered a ridicilous discount of less than four percent, that we are free to leave and take another hotel. This would be the best. On christmas. Miss management cun't /won't do anything else for us! Today we asked again R. for the email adress of the owner. "But he is not aviable today" is a really interesting answer, literally he said "duck off" Thank you for nothing. At least today, after one week, we got a room with curtains, a desk and a TV And we have to say the cleaning staff works now better. To the complete Bar staff, you all made us feel welcome and tried the very best to feel us welcome. If Massimo would be here, he would have saved this awful situation completely. Last but not least thanks to E. to make our stay as miserable as she could. Feliz navidad

As with every stay, the experience has been excellent. The facilities are spotless, the surroundings are incredibly peaceful, and the location is unbeatable. However, what truly stands out is the professionalism and friendliness of the staff, whose warm and attentive service really makes all the difference. They undoubtedly deserve top marks. This includes the bar team, Ayoze, Valerio, and Eduardo, as well as Rodri and Inma from cleaning. And all the reception staff for taking such good care of us.

After much deliberation, we decided to book a room here. Once we arrived, it turned out to be on a side street – and where you can park safely (if there's space). The welcome was friendly and the room smelled nice upon arrival. Check-in was a bit awkward for us. The room/apartment we were given was above the restaurant (which isn't part of it). We immediately noticed that there was an air freshener in the apartment/room, and for good reason. The restaurant is quite noisy. Besides the humming sound of the extractor fan, you can literally smell what they're eating there. Showering is almost impossible for two people due to the small boiler. This apartment also needs maintenance. There are also apartments that are better to book, and those are located on the pool side. Air conditioning is available. The pool is cold. The jacuzzi is hot until 9:00 PM. The sauna is open the same time. Mainly couples and/or people over 40. Finally and concluding, greetings from the Netherlands.

We stay in Sonnenland every winter, and luckily for us we are very close to Vista Bonita. We call in regularly for coffee or drinks. It has a very relaxed and sociable environment made all the more special by the wonderful staff. They are warm and friendly, and nothing is too much trouble. Special thanks to the wonderful Ayoze, and thanks also to Eduardo and Diego - you are all stars!!

Excellent place for the LGBTQ+ community. A place for relaxation, privacy, naturism, and a great atmosphere. Excellent service and a beautiful setting with lovely views.
