Warning... Just like another guest reviewed here, I was also missing lots of Euros on day 1. I had went to the ATM machine, checked-in, and put all our stuff on the bed, and went to eat and came right back. Upon return, the AC was off, the lights were off, and there was cash missing out of my pocket that I left on the bed with my bags. When I asked one of the owners if they found any euros (I was being nice) he strangely emptied his pockets and put his hands up. The other owner said "if housekeeping sees money, they think it's a tip, and that I should have put the money in the safe" (it was in my pants pocket, folded on the bed, so they or he went in my pocket, took some of the cash, and put some back hoping I wouldn't notice). I'm 100% certain of the exact amount I had, and an hour later, it was not that. Also, the owner seems to be cheap with the electric, they will come into your room regardless of the Do Not Disturb sign hanging or not, and shut off your lights and your air conditioning, so when you return to the room, it is beyond hot. Their rooftop jacuzzi is also very cold. The room was tiny and the hallways were always dark to save electric money again. Ants/bugs on the floor as well. Some breakfast items seemed days old. So many better and bigger places in the area, would never stay here again. Watch the bottom step too in the dark, you may trip/fall, photo attached. Disgusting first experience of Sitges, but I tried to not let it affect the rest of the trip beautiful and fun and lovely city. Very messed up to steal from your guests who are already paying/tipping.

Everything was perfect: impeccable cleanliness in a beautiful atmosphere with neat decoration and quality products at breakfast. Both Stephanes are kind. I would also like to highlight the quality of the exchanges I had with Enzo, a beautiful person! I wish you all the best to keep this charming place alive.

I spent 10 days in this hotel. It is really charming. Located very conveniently, just less than 100 meters from the beach. Friendly owners , helpful staff. A perfect stay, the welcome and attention at every moment of our guests the two Stephane, are an undeniable asset. An intimate cocoon, pleasantly decorated and a very comfortable roof top. Beautiful room with very good bedding and large shower room, all very clean. Very varied and hearty breakfasts served until late in the morning. This is a very good value for money

Classy, very clean, quiet, with genial hosts. This hotel is in a great location, very near beach and bars, and yet I was surprised how quiet it was. All the staff I came into contact with were absolutely lovely and professional. The breakfast was a delicious spread of little items both sweet and savoury. And a big plus is the roof terrace, which I took advantage of every day. My only negative is the rooms, especially the bathrooms, are small, but, I feel this is the price you pay for the central location. A very nice little hotel.

Outstanding Hotel in a fantastic location. The care and attention shown by the owners is hugely apparent from the moment you arrive with all areas of the hotel in immaculate / pristine order. Particular high spots - the breakfast choice is excellent and great quality the roof terrace is beautiful and the offer of free towels and umbrella loans for a beach visit is great !

Elite Hotel is a charming boutique hotel tucked away in one of the many streets of Sitges, just a short walk from the beach. We visited during Bear Week in Sitges and found ourselves in an ideal location, with everything we needed within a 10-minute walk. Upon arrival, we were greeted promptly, and the staff quickly assisted us by bringing our luggage to our room. The hotel has a somewhat dark interior but exudes a sense of luxury and coziness. The rooms are relatively small but equipped with airconditioning, a TV, a safe, a chair and desk, and a private bathroom with a shower. Our room, located at the front, also had a narrow balcony from where we could see the sea, although through the alley. While not all the staff spoke fluent English, they all made a genuine effort to ensure a pleasant stay. They were friendly, always offered assistance, and were incredibly kind. On our last day, the arranged a taxi for us to get to the airport, even while it was extremely busy and most of the taxis were already taken. On the rooftop terrace, guests can soak up the sun while enjoying a drink. There is also a jacuzzi and sauna although we didn’t take advantage of these features. It was lovely to relax in the shade and breeze during peak sun hours. The breakfast selection was somewhat limited but well-organized. The rooms and surroundings were consistently clean, making it feel like they were always freshly tidied up—fantastic! In terms of location, it was perfect. A day at the beach, for which we received towels from the hotel, was just a 10-minute walk in one direction, while dining and drinks along the promenade were under 10 minutes in the other direction. I would definitely recommend this hotel for open-minded gay couples, as the rooftop terrace is clothing-optional, among other features. It was very enjoyable to stay at a hotel where you could easily strike up conversations with like-minded guests.

The Elite hotel is an amazing hotel. Very stylish decor throughout the property. The owners are so attentive, ensuring you have everything you need, whether it’s moving the umbrellas to ensure you are shaded on the rooftop terrace, to lending you a parasol for the beach or booking a taxi to the airport. The bedroom was excellent, again stylish decor with loads of storage space for your clothes. Our only negative was we only had one hot shower during our stay (at 3am before 4am taxi to airport) all other times it was slightly warm/cold. The bed was the comfiest we have ever slept in The Elite is lovely and we will book again for next year, thanks to the Stephanes, keep up the great work 🤩

Super friendly and helpful staff. The roof deck was the hilight of our entire stay in Sitges. So good to be out in the sun, in like-minded company, with a friendly bartender. The front desk provides complimentary beach umbrella and towels, which was great (and unexpected). Rooms are smaller than expected (with a very cramped bathroom). We had a small amount of ants in our room. Not a huge deal, but a little annoying.

Hotel located in the center of Sitges convenient for all services and proximity to the beaches. Owners friendly and super helpful. Very nice solarium on the hotel terrace with jacuzzi (very relaxing) and you can practice nudism. Very friendly and kind staff. Room bathroom a little small and for breakfast it would be better if it was more varied in the various days.

Great location. Just ensure any uber drops you off nearby instead of other side of the church hill. The service is excellent. Very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

Amazing gay hotel and stay in Sitges. The Stefan’s are very accommodating and made our visit to Sitges very special. Would highly recommend - we will be visiting again.

The owners Stephane and Stephane, and all staff, were so nice and accommodating. the location was perfect, the room was really nice and clean, and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. The best part was the rooftop lounge and whirlpool. The space was extremely inviting and relaxing with great bar service. All of the guests were so friendly and very easy to carry on a conversation. Some of us even went out together after meeting to Judgement Square for happy hour and other bars later. I will definitely go back and will miss the hotel and Spain until I return. Out of 5 stars, I would give this hotel a 6 and maybe a 10. Thank you Stephane and Stephane, and all the staff !!!!!

We had the most amazing time. Fantastic, attentive service with a keen focus on food. The upstairs lounge was a great place to make friends and get sun. We will be back soon! Thank you to both Stefans and the whole team, what a gift.

There are hotels where you simply spend a few nights… and then there are those you leave with a real pang of regret. The Elite Hotel is undoubtedly one of those rare places. It all starts with an ideal location, right in the heart of Sitges, just steps from the beaches, restaurants, bars, and all the action, while still offering the peace and quiet needed to relax. In our opinion, it's the perfect location. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, comfortable, and perfectly equipped. Every morning, breakfast was a true pleasure, with fresh, high-quality products. But if we had to sum up our stay in one word, it would be "human." A huge thank you to the two Stéphanes, as well as the entire team. Your welcome, your kindness, your availability, and your genuine warmth transformed an excellent stay into a memory we will cherish for a long time. In a world where everything moves so fast, where we're sometimes just a number, you've achieved something truly precious: making us feel welcomed as guests, not just customers. It's all these discreet touches, these smiles, these conversations, this genuine desire to please that give this hotel its true soul. The positive reviews of this hotel are entirely justified. In fact, I can hardly add anything new to them. It is a beautiful and extremely well-maintained hotel, where everything is arranged down to the last detail. The staff are, without exception, friendly and helpful. Damage occurred after a minor accident on my part. Although I was somewhat concerned about it, I naturally reported it. The response was reassuring, and to my surprise, it was repaired free of charge and with a smile. That could have gone very differently… I really cannot think of a single area for improvement. The challenge for this hotel will be to maintain this level of service. Next year, I will check to see if they have succeeded. In short: a top performance! Update May 26, 2026 Returned to this hotel after a year. It is a gem close to the coast. It is still a well-maintained, friendly, quality hotel. I have nothing to add to my review from last year. See you next year!

I spent 3 nights here and really enjoyed it! Elite has many things going for it but the #1 is location, location, location! You can roll down the gentle hill and be right at the strand and only 10 minutes from Balmains beach. The main beach is basically at the bottom of the hill and across the street. That said, there are so many other great things including the beautiful roof terrace (where they have a bar with great cocktails, hot tub, and sauna in-season) and the wonderful staff. Rooms are snug but well appointed and they do have AC that you can control to a point. Best of all the owners are so friendly and welcoming. Oh and they will supply you with beach towels and even an umbrella if you want one. Now that's something I really appreciated! I will definitely be back!

I had a great experience at the Elite Hotel! It's a space clearly geared towards the LGBTQIA+ community, with a very welcoming, respectful, and friendly atmosphere, which makes all the difference during your stay. The service was excellent, always friendly and attentive. The location is also a big plus, super convenient for exploring the area. The bed was extremely comfortable, guaranteeing great nights of rest. The room, although small, is very cozy and well-utilized. Another highlight is the rooftop, which is an incredible space to relax, and the jacuzzi makes everything even more special. As a point to improve, breakfast could offer more autonomy, especially regarding the coffee with milk, as you have to wait for service, which can end up taking a little while. Overall, it was a very positive experience. I recommend it to anyone looking for a welcoming environment, well-located, and with great service!

Fantastic stay from start to finish. The welcome at reception was excellent, and the moment you walk in you notice the amazing scent, small detail, but it sets the tone. The hotel has a true boutique feel, clearly run by owners who care. You can see the attention to detail and style everywhere! Rooms were very comfortable, especially the bed, and having sockets on both sides is a simple but important touch. Cleaning was done later in the morning, which meant no rushing, really appreciated. Breakfast is continental style, well maintained and constantly topped up, with fresh coffee made on the spot. The rooftop is a big highlight: drinks, jacuzzi, sauna, and sunbeds. Perfect place to relax and enjoy the sun, with a very open and relaxed atmosphere. Location is spot on, right in the centre and just a short walk to the beachfront. On checkout, they kindly stored our luggage so we could make the most of the last day. Overall, a genuinely great experience. Would absolutely come back.

They are two delightful people, extremely kind and always attentive to every detail to ensure a perfect stay. Their hospitality truly makes all the difference. The hotel is of exceptional quality: everything is spotless, meticulously maintained, and the attention to detail is evident in every corner. It's an elegant and comfortable place with a very special atmosphere that makes the experience even more enjoyable. Without a doubt, Stephane and Stephane make this hotel truly unique. This is a great place to stay in Sitges. The hotel is fun, has great facilities and is run by terrific staff. The rooftop in particular is excellent and is a great place to spend an afternoon.
