Uluslararası Ayılar Haftası (IBW) Sitges, büyüleyici Katalan sahil kasabasını her Eylül'de bir bear cennete dönüştüren Avrupa'nın en sevilen bear festivalidir. Binlerce bear, erkek yavru ve hayranları, dünyanın en güzel eşcinsel dostu destinasyonlarından birinde plaj buluşmaları, havuz partileri ve bar etkinlikleri için on gün boyunca Sitges'e akar. United Bears Barcelona tarafından organize edilen bu etkinlik, Eylül Akdeniz güneşi ve Sitges'in etkileyici mimari arka planıyla sıcak bir topluluk atmosferini bir araya getirmektedir.
