Hotel Catalonia El Pilar

We just spent a family weekend there. The location is unbeatable, the breakfast is excellent (and superb!), and the parking at the courthouse is very well coordinated. We were traveling with a baby and two very young children, and the service in the café, from Jorge and David, was fantastic. It's not cheap, but the rooms are spacious and everything is spotless. Highly recommended.

The location is fantastic. As soon as you open the window, flies start flying around the room. Other than that, the rooms are nice. I think someone ordered the staff not to be friendly. Though that's how it is in most of Zaragoza :-)

Excellent location and friendly staff

The most comfortable room I've ever stayed in. New, with excellent beds and pillows, quiet air conditioning, excellent overhead shower and showerhead, counter with 2 soundproof doors. And super clean.

We stayed for 3 days. All the staff were very friendly and professional.

Perfect location, just steps from the historic center. The breakfast was plentiful and very complete. The room we had was quiet but could use a more modern touch and a new mattress.

Hotel 100% recommended

Although the room was great and the hotel was very well located, we were very surprised that after the first night, no one came to clean or make the bed for our two-night stay. This was quite unexpected for a 4-star hotel. We mentioned it at reception, and all they told us was to ask for towels if we needed them.

The ideal hotel right in the old town and near the major sights.
