Brygga 10 Ribersborg Naturist Beach

Brygga 10 is Malmö's official naturist bathing spot — the tenth pier along Ribersborgsstranden, the long city beach that locals call Ribban. The nude area is marked out with white-painted stones, there is a toilet building and an outdoor shower, and the pier drops you straight into deep water, which regular swimmers appreciate. A screen of mature trees gives decent shelter from both wind and passers-by, and a bike path now runs the whole way out. The crowd is mixed naturist rather than exclusively gay, but the spot has a long-standing queer following and guides consistently describe it as queer-friendly — well visited without being crowded. On warm summer evenings it is the closest thing Malmö has to a gay beach. Practicalities: this is a sanctioned municipal nude bathing area, so the usual rules of Swedish beach etiquette apply — nudity is for the marked area, be respectful, and leave no trace. It sits toward the Limhamn end of the beach, near the small-boat marina at Lagunen, about 20 minutes by bike from the centre.
